Stunning period apartment with modern features made it a true Edinburgh experience

The apartment is stunning, well-furnished and equipped, very clean, with great beds, facilities, and a great location. The apartment is close to great shops, bars, and restaurants, and a five-minute walk from the tram stop that serves the airport, with just ten minutes to the City Centre. Ideally placed for Murrayfield Stadium.

Great place to be.

The flat was beautiful and the location was great.

The building work was a nightmare. We heard the tarpaulin covering the glass removed from the roof during the day rustling the whole night. We should have been made aware that works were going on. What should have been a fantastic stay turned into mess and noise whenever we were in the flat.

Large, comfortable, well located flat

Beautiful flat, high ceilings, large rooms. Comfy beds. Great well stocked kitchen. Good location - short walk to bus stop at end of road to take us into the city centre in a few stops. Good communication with owner.

Nothing. Note - shower (nice and hot) is over the bath so you need to be able to step into the bath to use it - not a problem for us.

Excellent location for the rugby and traveling into city centre.

Great apartment within walking distance to Murrayfield and the tram stop for traveling into the city centre. There is parking available on the street. Close to a number of bars and restaurants and a Tesco express, will definitely stay here again.

Parking outside the apartment is limited.

Nice stay. Various, mostly small, improvements needed.

Neighborhood was nice. Flat was spacious.

Bathroom was cramped and poorly designed. Bathroom needs updating. No toilet roll provided. Insufficient lamp lighting in the living room (only one dark shaded lamp for a spacious living room). Leaking tap in kitchen (owner seems to have put a sponge underneath it). Stagnant stale/sour milk in coffee machine, the smell permieted the entire kitchen - I cleaned the machine, but wasn't then inclined to use it. Pillows were very flat in both bedrooms. Better pillows needed.

We enjoyed our stat and would stay here again.

The flat is large and comfortable. Perfect for a family or group of friends traveling together. There is a washing machine and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.

This property is on the second floor so there are stairs to consider if you have heavy luggage. To get downtown you will need to take a bus (#31) which is about a 15 min ride. However the bus stop is only a few minutes by foot so it’s very easy access.

This apartment is absolutely stunning! Great location, and includes all amenities. The host Donna is too kind and replies immediately to any queries. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would highly recommend!

Very pleasant and a nice place to escape the hubbub of the city. Our host was particularly helpful.

The property was very conveniently located with excellent public transport in easy reach. It was spacious and comfortable in a picturesque and quiet street. A lovely home away from home with excellent facilities.

It wasn’t easy bringing heavy bags up the stairs but we recognised the delightful period nature of the property. And these were not the only stairs we had to negotiate in Edinburgh!

Coming back to this flat after a busy day of sightseeing was like coming home.

It is in the most charming neighborhood, surrounded by flats with lovely gardens, and the flat itself is perfect. Just lovely.

How is bigger than the pictures - Super close to Murrayfield Stadium and in a lovely neighborhood

It was a bit hot at times and slightly difficult to control the heating in the house but nonetheless isnt a major downfall.

Fantastic apartment with a great host

The apartment was fantastic and the host was extremely efficient. Everything was explained prior to arrival with great recommendations of places to eat and visit. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with easy parking.

Hangulatos szálláshely, nem messze a belvárostól.

Nagyon szép, igényesen berendezett és jól felszerelt tiszta szálláshely. Nyugodt, csöndes környék, tömegközlekedéssel jól elérhető a belváros. A konyhában imádtuk az ablakban található kis beülőt és kilátást.A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész. Remek hangulatú lakás ,bármikor szívesen választanám!
