Adequate apartment

It was very clean. The bus stop was just around the corner which gave us easy access to the city. Checking in and out was easy.

When the WIFI password didn't work and we reached out to the host, we never received a response. The property is facing a fairly busy street. The 2nd bedroom is in the front of the house. During morning rush hour it was noisy and interrupted that person's sleep. The kitchen is not stocked well. Silverware was sparse, used the last of dishwashing soap and no replacement available. Also advertised as having a garden which is false. Front yard is stones with empty planter box. Backyard is dirt and weeds.

A pleasant apartment, but very basic. Clean and tidy enough and didn’t take away from the holiday.

Good location with buses running pretty much all the time. The beds were comfortable and towels nice and fresh.

The property smelt of smoke, the bathroom had a bad smell and the tv signal was terrible, had to log onto the iPlayer to be able to use the tv. No baking trays for the oven however plenty of utensils but only one of each pan so limited cooking. The drive entrance is way too small so had to park on the road but there was plenty of parking so not too inconvenient.

Good place to crash for the night

The place was clean, beautifully aesthetic, and conveniently close to the city. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. A great stay overall!

Everything about the stay was really good — comfortable and enjoyable overall. The outdoor area could use a bit of improvement, especially the garden, but it didn’t take away from the experience. A pleasant stay!

A pristine apartment with excellent facilities.

The apartment was immaculately clean and very quiet, we were visiting for the rugby and it was a short walk from Murrayfield Stadium which was great! The beds were really comfortable and we all had a great night's sleep. There is a bus stop less than a minute's walk from the front door so it was really easy to take a quick bus ride straight to Princes Street. Really good value for money, we would definitely stay again!

The location was a rather run down part of town, which was a bit worrying when we first arrived thinking it might be a bit unsafe or noisy BUT that’s not the owner’s fault and once inside it was obviously safe, warm and cosy. There were no safety issues and no noise problems in the end.

Appartement agréable

Appartement très agréable et spacieux pour 4 personnes avec tout le nécessaire ; gel douche shampoing et dosettes café thé lait et sucre a disposition . Places de parking disponibles gratuites dans la rue devant la maison. Informations pour Checkin et checkout très claires et envoyées dans les temps

Proche d une route très passante mais le bruit est atténue par les fenêtres a double vitrage . Les oreillers ne sont vraiment pas confortables. Pas beaucoup de vaisselle juste pour 4 personnes et manque une passoire .

Außerhalb Edinburghs, aber schnell erreichbar und geräumige Wohnung.

Lage fand ich nicht mal so schlecht, wie hier häufig behauptet wird. Man ist mit den Bus in 30 Minuten in der Altstadt von Edinburgh. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze an der Straße des Appartments. Es ist geräumig.

Die Kissen waren grauenhaft. Es gibt faktisch keine privat Parkplatz, da der Platz VIEL zu klein ist.

Logement spacieux,agréable et propre

Propreté. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé jardin extérieur. 2grandes chambres et luminosité du logement. Grande salle à manger salon. Et linge de maison propre et doux , c’est vraiment agréable on se sent comme à la maison;)

Point négatif : prix un peu élevé au vue de la situation géographique par rapport au centre ville et des commerces de proximité. Bruit route /autoroute très passante. Mais la fatigue 💤 nous fait vite oublier cette gêne ;)

Ubicación muy buena, muy cerca de autobuses que se pueden pagar con contactless lo que hace la accesibilidad al aeropuerto y al centro ideal. La casa esta impecable, es cómoda, hay un detalle de café y té. Toallas y sábanas incluidas, la cocina muy completa. Hay una familia de conejos en el patio lateral. Bien calefaccionado. El hecho de poder hacer self check in es un plus si llegas tarde como en nuestro caso. Supermercado cerca.

Por decir algo, el jardín externo está un poco descuidado, la puerta cuesta un poco de abrir y cerrar con la llave.
