When I came to the flat I felt that place no safety no clean I’m not stay

It is very dirty place. Very bad smell and every places garbage specially location not safe for the guest. Bad environment. When open the door inside very bad smell. No clean.

Not worth the money.

Good information from the owner regarding access, parking, heating etc.

Only 2 towels supplied for 4 people. Even though we didn't cook at the flat there was minimal kitchen equipment for doing so. Only 3 dishes, 4 plates and 4 mugs for a flat that can sleep 6 people. While there is use of a sofa bed in the living room, there is no spare bedding available to be able to use it. We asked for some bedding but it never materialised. Only one of the pillows in the main bedroom had a pillow case on it. Tv's in the bedrooms were nowhere near the plug sockets, so were useless. It had the feel of a place where the owner doesn't consider his guests, but is happy to take their money. Not worth the £350 per night that we paid.

Good value for money

Nice neigbourhood, close to bus station and close to shopping centre. Cozy apartment plenty space.Owner was very colaborative, quick response and good instructions. Small kitchen with all necessary aparatus.

General cleanles of apartment have to be improved and some minor repairs could be done. Could not start TV .

Good location and parking but cheaply fitted facilities

Quiet location and handy parking. Heating system was awesome! The host was responsive and helpful

Entrance area at stairs was dirty with leaves and rubbish bags lying there for four days when we there not very welcoming - needs to be cleaned -and made more presentable at least.Everything was pretty cheaply fitted out and needed simple paint touch ups eg no glasses, two pots only, no hairdryer but host added those kindly on request. Just needs more TLC that I shared either owner and it could be a decent place

This is without doubt the worst property we have ever booked - anywhere! The location feels unsafe, the entrance stairs are disgusting, the carpets are heavily stained and the fixtures and fittings are old-fashioned, many are broken and the photos do not represent the reality. We spent 10 minutes in the place, promptly booked another accom and left.

The area leaves a lot to be desired. The corridors to the apartment are disgustingly, booked for 3 night only stayed 2 because we had to! Curtain pole hanging off! Second bed not able to sleep in!

Great two bedroom apartment

The host was pleasant and called to not long after booking was made to arrange check in details and the check in was smooth. It’s a great apartment, well located and everything was in working order. They also supplied a decent amount toiletries and cleaning supplies.

The cleaner forgot to leave towels so there was a slight inconvenience until that was resolved. There was also a seagull which would come periodically and chap the living room window. Nothing we did seemed to put it off.

The contact person was attentive and replied promptly to any queries. Check-in was straightforward, we could park right outside the apartment, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. The location is convenient and the space provides the essentials for a short stay.

The apartment is older than it appears in the pictures, which make it look cosier than it really is. Although some updates have been made, they feel like budget quick fixes. There was a broken curtain rail held together with tape. There was nothing to make coffee with, and of the four towels, two didn’t dry properly (we were four people). The terrace is very small, with old furniture and rusty metalwork, so it isn’t really usable. Additionally, we felt uneasy as the building door was always left open, allowing anyone to enter. We appreciate that this might suit other travellers, but it didn’t meet our expectations. The accommodation requires a bit more care and maintenance, as some details made it less than entirely comfortable.

• Buena luz natural. • Wifi en buen estado. • Bien comunicado, bus 24 al centro en unos 30 minutos. • Zona silenciosa por la noche.

• Escalera del edificio con evidente falta de mantenimiento y limpieza prolongada. • Presencia de olor desagradable en el interior. • Colchón de una de las camas con muelles deteriorados; se optó por utilizar el sofá cama. • Alfombra del baño sucia y con restos de pelos, retirada por nosotros. • Superficies de cocina pegajosas y ausencia de elementos básicos para limpieza (escoba, cubo, bayetas). • Barra de cortina fijada con cinta adhesiva. • Las fotografías publicadas no reflejan el estado actual del alojamiento.
