Very Disappointed and very expensive for what is being offered

Location was a bit further than 10 Min away from Town Centre but had car not really an issue. Quite Area We only stayed 1 night so hard to give more information. It served its purpose but would not stay again.

Not everything listed for this property is correct. 1. There is no Terrace 2. There is no Balcony 3. There is no 24 hour Front Desk 4. No Toiletries 5. Streaming Service is a paid for option Not Free 6. A number of Bikes in Hallway making it hard to gain access when carrying bags 7. No Board Games or Puzzles 8. Could not find mini market on site. 9. would have been nice to have basic Tea & Coffee available after traveling 7 hours having to find a shop late in the day was hard. 10. Unsure what Allergy Free Romm means - but when we arrived the Flat had a cooking smell that did not go and stuck to cloths. 11. Bedroom 2 Window opened but could not keep it open as broken. 12. The flat was clean but just not to the standard expected for the price paid. 13. Unit under boiler did not fit correctly 14. Kitchen wall Unit had handle at top of door unable to reach - This looks like a second hand kitchen door being used Newley decorated just means paint.

One of the worst places you can stay in Edinburgh

The apartment was close to my friend’s apartment and was very close to a large supermarket and a few bus stops, which was convenient.

1. It was on a second floor without elevators, which was a pain with a stroller and several bags. 2. the apartment was absolutely disgusting with hair all over the floor, mold in the rooms, squeaky floors, spiders, dust, and everything you might imagine. 3. The dining table only had space for two people as two chairs were against a wall. One of the chairs was broken. 4. One of the big windows in the living room couldn’t be open. The other one could, but there was no mechanism way to keep it fully open. 5. No sponges to clean dishes. 6. No paper towels, napkins, nor soap in the kitchen. 7. We went there with a 1.5 year old baby. They provided a pack and play for him to sleep, but it didn’t have a mattress, which was unexpected. 8. Supposedly we could use Apple TV but we were not able to make it work. 9. The place smells old, and had broken wood all over. 10. The curtains in the bedrooms let a ton of light through, so now in the summer it wasn’t easy to have the kids sleep easily. There’s more, but this was very clearly a bad choice.

Good

We only stayed one night and the property was perfectly adequate. Having a parking space was an added bonus. We took a taxi into town which only took 10 minutes. The host was very helpful, clarifying any questions we had and sent a reminder of the required departure time in the morning.

Edinburgh 4 night stay

The location was good. The apartment was well decorated. Washing machine was usefu,l so was the iron. It was fairly quiet apart from some noise from music from neighbours. Morrisons and bus route was close by.

The kitchen was not well equipped, it was hard to make scrambled egg as the pan was not non stick. The oven was very slow it took us 40 minutes to make one pizza. There were not enough pots and pans. There was no colander for pasta. The shower was very slow and the hot and cold water was mixed up in the bath. The bathroom mat was slippy. There was no where to hang your clothes properly. We had booked for 5 but it was really suitable for 4 and 1 baby.

Location, quite neighbourhood, over all cozy apartment. It felt good to comeback to apartment after tiring day.

Everything was nice. It would have been good to have dishwasher as well as it is a self catering facility. The dining table is of good size but squeezed in corner such that only 2 chairs are useabke at best time.

Lovely place to stay

Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had all the important utensils made cooking easy and there was a welcome pack as well which my kids loved. Easy bus routes to city centre. There was Morrison’s on walking distance and made it more convenient.

Superb

Edinburgh Castle and City Centre around 30-40 minutes walk. Free car park ( your own space). Quiet location, very close a car wash if you need it 😊 10 minutes drive to Tesco superstore with parking. Beautiful Portobello Beach around 25 minutes drive( depends on the traffic). Rooms, kitchen and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Flat located on the first floor, which was more safe for us. One room with double, very comfortable bed, second room with two single beds. Good sized kitchen.

For our needs everything was great 👌👍😊

De ruimte is comfortabel. De prijs conform hetgeen wordt geboden. Geen Hilton kwaliteit maar voldoende. 5 minuten vanaf busstation.

Alles in orde. Wat ouder appartement maar voldoende.
