comfortable apartment, conveniently located near major bus lines and markets.

The host was friendly and thoughtful. Very pleased with the communication before, during and after our stay. Self-checkin and self-checkout were seemless. The apartment was professionally cleaned and ready for guests when we arrived.

Four flights of stairs but that was clearly communicated in the property description so it was not a problem for us. The only challenge we faced was the temperature. We struggled first day to understand the thermostat controls, and we got a lot of heat from downstairs neighbors, but it too was not a problem and did not require any assistance from our host.

Pls hire proper staff to attend the guests

Property was ok but the hospitality from the host was not good . When we reached only one two time attend the phone and faced issue during check I. & later not attending the phone call ; which really effected badly on road with whole family & used multiple phone from road people to contact with her & really bad experience in the other country where no one knows us & next time will go to Hotel only .

Extremely bad experience. 2 days before my travel she asked me to sign a document and provide all card details as a security. Nothing of this sort was mentioned at time of booking. I was given key details after much followup. The property is on 3rd floor without lift which is a hassle. Then after 3 days she deducted again £742.92 in excess which then she said was a mistake and will refund back. She was mishandling my card. And disturbed my whole finances. Highly unreliable and pretty bad experience. Property is outside city. Must avoid

Lovely accomodation for families, friends and business!

The apartment was really nice, very comfortable and excellent location. The host, was very helpful and always answered any queries. On our checkout day, one of my colleagues was unwell, and the host was so helpful and cooperative. The facilities had everything, with excellent heating and shower facilities in the cold weather. Definitely will be coming again!

Good for 6 pax

Close to the sea, have a nice sea view. Nice kitchen and equipment. Quite Clean, but the drainage system is disgusting. The big Apartment can fit 6. Everyone can stay together.

The shower drainage system is stuck and disgusting. Far from the city centre, 30 mins bus away. Need to sign documents and pay a deposit before check-in. Self-check-in I suggest recording a video to make it clearer. No luggage storage.
