Overall, everything is good: the location, the proximity to the sea, and the cleanliness of the place; it has all the necessary amenities.
There is a foul and inexplicable odor in the kitchen, as well as problems with the key and lock at the entrance—specifically, difficulty locking and unlocking the door.

The host was friendly and thoughtful. Very pleased with the communication before, during and after our stay. Self-checkin and self-checkout were seemless. The apartment was professionally cleaned and ready for guests when we arrived.
Four flights of stairs but that was clearly communicated in the property description so it was not a problem for us. The only challenge we faced was the temperature. We struggled first day to understand the thermostat controls, and we got a lot of heat from downstairs neighbors, but it too was not a problem and did not require any assistance from our host.
