Great for big groups for work purposes.
Very spacious, perfect for fitting a big group of us for work and easy to get in and out of Edinburgh. Takeaways are walkable as well. Very comfy beds, has everything you need without any real issues at all.
The area itself isn’t the best, not that it was ever a problem during our stay. It could have been a bit cleaner. My room for example had a biscuit on the floor with crumbs in the bed, with small black hairs on the pillows. And the garden was essentially inaccessible (although I think the garden may be shared)
