A New Town flat with lots of space and period features. Location is very good and is close to railway and bus routes. Plenty of restaurants and bars locally.
Bathroom could do with an upgrade but we did not experience any problems with hot water as mentioned in previous reviews. Looks like a new boiler has been installed. Similarly, we did not experience any problems with the front door locks.

The property is stunning in many ways, it is grand (as well as out of date, unmentained and somewhat dirty). It was great to experiance such a property, even if it isn't looked after properly.
The location is fantastic. All the amenieties you need are right out the door and all attractions are walking distance if you are up for a wondering walk.
Full kitchen with all ameanities you need.
Accessing the keys was easy, menaing arrival at any time is fine.
We saw some reviews mentioning trouble with hot water, we had no problems there, shower fictures are new and worked great.
We were a bit creeped out by the property at first glance, like a haunted great grandmas hourse with a chear in the grand hallway with a permanent butt print on it, but after an hour in there we strated to appreciate it for what it is. Like going back in time to see how the other half lived. We loved it!
There are 2 single beds and a sofa bed in the next room. The single beds were made up and ready to use, the sofa bed however was shut and I struggled to find beddings and balnket to make it up. some instructions here would have been nice on the house manual. We staid as a family of 3 and needed the double bed. It was a last minute late night emergancy booking for us so maybe it would have been different if we had time to advise the host but I'm not sure about that.
The bathroom has some water damage on the wall which was sad to see.
We struggled with the wi-fi and ened up using our mobile data which was fine as we are brits but may be inconvenient for external tourists.
Light in the bathroom did not work, had to use flash light during the night. We wre there for a short while so made due and did not bother the host to fix it but hopefully they will see this review and have a look.
Parking was a pain, definitely consider this and plan ahead of stay. On street parking which is free from 6:30pm to 8:30am, out of this time it is £6.80 per hour.

No breakfast. Very few plates/glasses also. Too many cupboards/ drawers with stickers on “ leave” “ not for you” etc
