We loved it all. The only small thing would maybe have liked another key. We didn’t always stay together so getting back in took a bit of logistics.

Great Apartment

Really nice apartment with great views. Easy check-in. Very comfortable. Easy on-site parking. A bit of a walk to some nice pubs and restaurants but not too bad.

Not all that close to the city centre but easy to get there with a walk and a tram. Worth it for the views and reasonable value. Generally very clean, just a little bit of mould around the en suite window.

The stay was AMAZING it just would’ve been nicer to have a working fireplace!

Pretty much loved everything but the only issue we had was that we were unable to turn on the fireplace. It would have added a better ambience. The place has a special place in my heart as so many new memories were created.

This fitted the bill perfectly for five adults to enjoy Edinburgh and each other's company.

The location was superb with glorious views out to sea from two balconies. There was plenty of space for five adults to sit, dine and retire to their own rooms. A lift and flat floors throughout the apartment make it especially suitable for those with mobility issues. It is extremely well presented, all bathrooms come with nice toiletries, the kitchen is a good size and extremely well equipped. The local area is quiet, with pubs and restaurants less than a mile away. Frequent local bus services make it easy to get into the city centre in about 40 minutes. We may well return.

We would have liked a tea pot, although the coffee drinker was very happy!

Sieht man über die Mängel hinweg, dann war der Aufenthalt ok.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll und direkt am Meer, der Blick einfach schön. Der Gastgeber war zu erreichen und man wurde mit Kaffee und Tee versehen, sodass man sich nach Erreichen der Wohnung erst mal ein Heißgetränk machen konnte. Das Sofa ist groß und bequem, die Bäder relativ neuwertig und die Betten bequem, wenn auch eher klein. Fernseher und Entertainment waren sehr gut, sodass man bei schlechtem Wetter Unterhaltung haben kann. Kein Teppich in den Schlafzimmern!

Die Wohnung war bestimmt einmal wirklich toll, aber leider ist sie jetzt zum Teil abgewohnt. Der Teppich ist fleckig, die Fenster sehr schmutzig, der Boden der Balkone ist ebenfalls sehr verdreckt und da innen ein heller Teppich liegt nur eingeschränkt zu benutzen. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist für eine so große Wohnung nur unzureichend und Pfannen und Töpfe zum großen Teil nicht zu gebrauchen (Teflon verkratzt und am ablösen). Einige Lampen gingen nicht, Türen (Schrank und Küche) gingen nicht zu. Der Parkplatz der Wohnung war belegt, sodass wir auf Besucherparkplätze angewiesen waren.
