الموقع ممتاز جداً، حيث يبعد بضع دقائق فقط سيراً على الأقدام عن وسائل النقل العامة. يوجد سوبر ماركت قريب، كما يوجد مركز تسوق يضم مطاعم ومنطقة ترفيهية على مسافة مشي قصيرة. الشقة كانت مريحة وهادئة، وطريقة تسجيل الدخول الذاتية كانت سهلة جداً. خدمة العملاء سريعة في الاستجابة ومتعاونة، كما أن المطبخ مجهز بشكل جيد ويحتوي على معظم الأدوات اللازمة للطبخ
الأسرة لم تكن مريحة بالشكل الكافي رغم أنها مقبولة للإقامة القصيرة. مستوى النظافة كان يحتاج إلى تحسين. لا يوجد تكييف في الشقة، كما أن النوافذ لا يمكن فتحها بشكل مناسب، مما قد يسبب إزعاجاً في الأجواء الحارة. كذلك لا يوجد شطاف في الحمام، وهو من المرافق المهمة للكثير من المسافرين

The location, clean, beds comfortable.
Kitchen sink blocked, main oven broken, dreadful internet. Log in given does not exist, parking is a nightmare.

Die Unterkunft war okay, man darf kein Luxus-Apartment erwarten. Platz ist genügend vorhanden, Lage ist gut, zu Fuss ca. 30 Min zum Zentrum.
Leider war es nicht so sauber. Man merkt, dass das ganze Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist, was man auch an den ganzen Geräuschen im Haus erkennen kann. (Flecken auf dem Bett, Bodendielen teilweise defekt, Dusche und Esstisch schmutzig, Heizung und Nachbarn gut hörbar)
