Gorgeous location, would recommend.

Amazing location and views, very clean, staff were so friendly and helpful, looked brand new. Food at restaurant was delicious and breakfast was very generous.

Through no fault of the hotel, the church next door ring the bells all night. Impacted my sleep. Beds are very firm.

Lovely Swiss building overlooking lake Lucerne

Beautiful position above the lake. Room was quite small but with good amenities. Dinner and breakfast superb but pricey

Great stay at beatyful place

Location, nature, view, nice room, very comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast. Very nice wandering pathways through woods next to hotel.

Breakfast was not included, was a bit a surprise as I booked the room some time ago. Should help when staff tells at arrival.

Really beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Breakfast was delicious and we felt well cared for. Comfy beds, lovely views.

Everything was great. My children said they were a bit bothered by the church bells keeping them awake, but we couldn't hear them from our room.

love love love this hotel and it’s location and cannot recommend it enough,

We loved everything about this hotel.. the rooms are chalet style with natural wood and very comfortable with a modern yet rustic feel and the views are to die for.. Most importantly the staff are amazing!! this is a family run hotel and you feel welcome and relaxed. We strongly recommend the restaurant, the food and the service is exceptional. also, you have to visit the chapel, it’s stunningly beautiful

Le cadre (au calme, entouré de verdure, style chalet). Chambre spacieuse. Lit très confortable. Très belle vue. Personnel attentif et très agréable. Restaurant sur place de bonne qualité.

Manque un mini bar dans la chambre. Pas suffisamment de lumière dans la chambre (manque un plafonnier et/ou une lampe de bureau. Il y aurait largement la place de rajouter un meuble dans la salle de bain pour y poser ses affaires (vêtements, produits de beauté). Il n'y a jamais assez d'étagères et de patères !

Un séjour trop court dans ce merveilleux Hôtel

L'hôtel est très beau magnifiquement décoré pour Noël. Le personnel est adorables et à l'écoute. Nous avons très bien mangé, les plats étaient fins et délicieux. Et que dire de la vue splendide depuis notre chambre. Nous allons y retourner à coup-sur !

Les oreillers trop mous pour nous. C'est l'unique chose que je changerai en donnant un autre choix par exemple

Een mooier gelegen hotel kan haast niet. Perfect afgewerkt en echt brandschoon. Een prachtig uitzicht rondom vanuit de kamer maakte het af en zo ook de perfecte service vanuit het team.

Las almohadas eran muy planas, usar una era demasiado poco, usar dos mucho. Pero este es un detalle sin importancia :).
