the flat was lovely and very convenient

couldn't work the microwave or grill tv remote missing in bedroom,couldn't get normal channels on tv ,good job one of us has netflix. a bit grubby throughout needs a good bottoming .tables sticky.hard to get in touch with anyone english when something is wrong. still enjoyed the stay and would come again if we didn't now have a caravan here.

Beautiful and spacious with a great location

Nothing Everything was great

We liked the size of the accommodation, having three bathrooms and very comfortable beds.

The kitchen is very small and we didn't feel it was clean enough based on our experience of similar holiday accommodation. - The microwave was dirty and had fingerprints on it. - The oven was dirty. - The fridge didn't look like it had been cleaned. - Crockery had cracks and chips on it. All in all it was a bit shoddy compared to the rest of the accommodation. We didn't like the response of the management company. They are good at saying the right words and writing the right things but didn't take any action on some of the matters. With regard to the broken microwave it took two days for an engineer to come and look at it and say that he couldn't fix it. We would have preferred to have had a standalone microwave for the last two days at least because we had younger children with us and we use the microwave a lot. The management company just kept apologising but they didn't fix this for us. They appeared to be polite in their responses but I got the impression they were hoping to get away with it. That's how they made me feel. They said housekeeping would contact us about the kitchen but they never did. In the end we just cleaned things ourselves before using them. NB there is a cafeteria not a coffee machine.
