We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and it was very ideal as close to everything.

Very big and spacious ideal for 7 of us. Great view and very comfortable and cozy.

Lots of stairs to our room definitely get work out. Only had 2 towels between 7 of us but this might have been an oversight and could have done with a lamp in one of the rooms.

Apartament 7

Great location with a seaside view, close to local shops

The property is ran down and has a wet smell to it, later on I ended up seeing a wood louse on the floor inside of the apartament so I guess the damp smell isn’t just imaginary. There is duct tape holding the place together and cling film used as insulation. As other reviews mention, the state of the flat was awful with a visible layer of dust on top of the headboard, dirty countertops and overall low quality repairs, or more the lack of. The staff ranges and this shows in their replies to reviews, between the most enthusiastic copy pasted message and the 1 sentence replies that feel almost like you’re going out of your way to annoy them with requests such as “Why doesn’t the heating work?”, they were happy to put into place a replacement heater that was rusted and had a wheel missing. Great location but the issues with the apartament make it a hard pass on future trips

Great location but a very poor property.

Location was fantastic, right on the sea front. The beds were.clean and comfortable and we were allowed check in a little earlier. The check in process was easy.

1. We were flat no.9. The top floor flat up approx 6 flights of stairs with no lift. We weren't made aware of this when booking. 2. The flat was filthy. It looked like the carpets had never been cleaned. The sofas were filthy. We had to put towels on them to sit on. There were marks and blood on one. The kitchen worktop had been wiped with a dirty cloth. You could see the dirty marks on it. There were cobwebs everywhere. Even the curtains looked grubby. 3. The wardrobe in the front bedroom was like a bombsite inside. Full of building materials. 4. The en-suite shower didn't work at all. We reported it and were told it had only been reported by the previous guests that day. We doubted that, looking at previous reviews when we got home. Nobody came to try to fix it. 5. The shower in the main bathroom was stuck on scorching. We reported it and were told to hold the button down whilst turning the temperature dial. That didn't work. Nobody came to try to fix it. It meant we couldn't shower properly the whole time we were there. 5. Importantly, there was no fire escape or emergency evacuation procedures anywhere, bearing in mind this was a top floor flat. So if anything happened we wouldn't have survived 6. One of the dining room chairs was broken. We reported this when we arrived but were not advised of this before we got there 7. The photos advertising it are obviously from ago. I dont think its been cleaned since they were taken. 8. The WiFi didn't work properly. It wouldn'tconnect to the internet.. .

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

It’s a lovely location BUT avoid at all costs

The attitude of the owner / staff, the lack of cleanliness. The accommodation is dirty and dangerous with more than a 15° slope in the hallway. There is a lack of heating, the curtains do not fit. The property stinks of illicit substances (which when reported to the owner / staff they were not one bit bothered about) the cleaner left a FULL set of master keys for the entirety of our stay in our accommodation, again when immediately reported, the owner / staff stated they would be collected (they weren’t). The accommodation is also insecure, the people in the accommodation lost their key, so simply forced the window and that was their access… left us full of confidence!

Was a 2 night stay couldn't book in anywhere else. Was there for a family bereavement .

Everything was was dirty apart from bathrooms although toilet seat was broken. Couldn't cook anything kitchen was so dirty inside cupboards and draws. The beds were comfy and bedding was immaculate clean and warm.

Faulty Apartments Not Farina

Location and View

The apartment was cold no heating only one small electric radiator for the full apartment. No hot water initially had to call them out. No WIFI Dirty cutlery, plates, pans and glasses Kettle was full of lime scale, no tea towels. The cooker top was full of dust. Curtains were mucky and hanging off the track, the curtain holder fell off the wall. Double base bed with 3/4 mattress. Not good for a 2 adults. No pillow protectors or mattress protector. Bathroom had no towel rail, broken tiles and flooring stained/ dirty. Best keeping your shoes on through the whole apartment. The lock was hanging off the door my husband had to screw this back on. The sofa was stained and smelt dirty I did not sit on it. The stairs are full of bits and have not been hoovered in a very long time. And thats all 4 flights!! I have never wanted to leave a place as quick as I did this one. If it was not for the fact of us having other plans I would have left on the Saturday morning. We did look for another place to stay however all booked. Overall this should be called Faulty Apartments, its not very appealing when people are hanging around on the steps drinking and smoking. The entrance smells old and damp no appeal, This whole building needs a complete renovation. Not worth £300 for the two nights we stayed. Its a health risk and needs closing to be brought up to standards. I will be looking to formly complain to Booking.com.

Ok but dissatisfied

The location was good.

The apartment was very dated. It was cold especially the kitchen area. The bed was very uncomfortable. The cost for 2 nights was £220 a more realistic price would have been no more than £100 for 2 nights.

Amazing value for money in a perfect location

We booked a standard room as was given a sea view which was amazing! The room was perfect for what we needed. The location was great!

I feel the room needed little maintance and maybe a few days supply of little tea bags for tea and coffee but everything else was amazing

Not what I expected.

The location.

The place wasn't very clean and needed painted. Let the owners know WiFi wasn't working and one of the showers which wasn't a big issue but still it should work and they only replied to let us know what time check out was. Which I thought was quite rude. I didn't want to focus on all the negatives whilst we were there and make the most of it.

Lovely place

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable, the location and sea view was breath taking, we were sat on the sofa and watched bottlenose dolphins swim by heading south for food, the following day we saw them again. We did not want to leave, but will definitely be back. The apartment I'd also ideally located for the town shops and pubs.

Apartment door lock very unsecure. No hot water kitchen.Taps plumbed in wrong way round.You’re drinking from hot supply if not careful! Large area around cooker hood botched up with duct tape. Shower not fit for purpose,water tepid at best,broken shower head.Unable to turn bathroom radiator off,control missing. Radiator red hot, risked burning your leg sat on loo.Uncomfortable bed.Unable to log on to Wi FI. Establishment looks generally rundown.

Location and views were good. It was great that we were swapped from the basement to the penthouse.

All issues were reported to the staff and we are reassure that they will be sorted for the next booking. There was no WiFi, no hot water int he en-suite and the main shower was not fully clean.

Farina apartment 10

Comfortable apartment and great location. It was clean and the bedding was fresh and clean. The communication before arrival and during the stay was outstanding.

There was alot of rubbish with overflowing bins all weekend outside the main entrance. The apartment could do with some TLC and wouldn't take much to make it a great little place. The shower door could do with being bigger as if you are of a bigger build you will not fit in it.

A perfect apartment and a lovely time there!

The whole experience from booking, arriving and leaving was perfect! Hollie sent me a message confirming my booking and provided lots of helpful information about the apartment, location and amenities. It turned out we arrived a couple of hours early in Bridlington and she was able to let us check in early which was really helpful. The apartment (number 5) was well maintained and really spacious, amd also pleasantly quiet despite it being busy tourist season in the front! All in all, a lovely stay and we will be returning 😊😊

Very dissapointing.

The location

The property looked sad and not cared for. The front door looked like the entrance to a hostel. The apartment we were originally allocated by BOOKING.com was in the basement although I had paid £361.40 for 2 nights in an apartment with a sea view. Having complained this was changed to a two bed apartment at the top of the house. THERE WAS NO FIRE ESCAPE ! In short I would not recomend this property to anyone.

Wont be going back

Location & View

Rooms dirty, Fleas present, Water leaked from above onto kitchen sides, drug packets in bedrooms. On arrival the stairs and hallways were dirty. Needs updating desperately in all areas a deep clean would do for starters. The rooms were filthy and we found what we believed to be used drug packs on the bedroom floors. This was reported to the hosts who told us to 'leave out for the cleaner to remove' this is an unacceptable response due to having kids present and even if it was just adults its still unacceptable. The floors were filthy, seating filthy and pots dirty. These needed cleaning before use. We woke on the last day and there was dirty water leaking from the room above onto the kitchen sides which meant our food was ruined. We had to throw it all out as it was vile smelling and now all wet. We believe this was not the first time this has happened looking at the wall and ceiling where the water was coming in as it was bowed and stained. We reported this as it happened and received Zero response from the hosts. There were fleas in the apartment. We were asked to send pictures to a WhatsApp number and didn't receive a response on day 1 about the packets and mess left, day 2 or day 3 about the water leaking and flea infestation. When we checked out though we did get what we believe to be an automated message asking us if we had a nice stay, have a safe journey and not to forget to leave a review - so here we are. We have given the hosts plenty of time to respond and rectify as we stayed 11th-13th July but nothing has been forthcoming.

Too many steps to room wasn't clean.showers didn't work.mouldy chips left in microwave.one cup especially in cupboard absolutely filthy.lock on main door t room broke so couldn't get in t room.

Great location, lovely staff but not clean.

The location of this property is fantastic. Close to everything and views from it are lovely! The staff are approachable and checked in to see how everything was. Oven, hob, microwave and kettle provided for use in the kitchen.

Cleanliness - the apartment that we stayed in (apartment 2) has debris over the floor in the living area and the bedroom which included used cotton buds with no hoover provided to be able to clean this up. There was chocolate in one of the beds. There was vomit in the kitchen bin which I had to clean out before putting a bin bag in it. The paint was peeling off of the wall in the living area near the window which was left on the floor. We had to purchase bin bags, washing up liquid, sponges, air freshener and toilet roll as these were not provided. Also there was only 2 forks for a 4 person apartment. Could do with improvement in the above areas.

Good location and views

Its a great location , beds are comfortable facilities are ideal and as described. Good value for money. Managed to park both cars close to the hotel. The apartment is clean and has a lovely view from all windows. Owners polite and helpful.

Was noisy on our first night, but it depends on who you are fortunate or unfortunate enough to have below or above you! Someone lost their keys during our stay so there was loud drilling and banging very late at night, I was surprised there weren't spares. You are asked to empty the bin when you leave , taking your rubbish. Which is fine, but there's no bin liner in the kitchen bin, so I had to buy bin liners (I'm not sure if this was oversight or not). Only one toilet roll was given for 2 bathrooms, which I thought was strange, so no toilet roll in one of the bathrooms, ha. The ensuite shower tray fills up whilst showering, slow draining , plumbing, or blocked? Does stop you from being in there too long, ha? No tvs in the bedrooms didn't bother me, but it did the older kids. Hall stairs and landing needed cleaning when we arrived and still hadn't been done when we left 2 days later, but it was a weekend..... There wasn't anything that would have prevented me from staying again, but a lot that would be easily fixed or I would know for next time.....

Farina Apartments Basement 10.

Nothing.

I have never written a review before, but I feel I must regarding this apartment, I would hate any other family to go through what we experienced. The apartment was damp, had a smell, and was full of flies, when we entered, they were in every room, we tried to contact the owner by the phone number provided, but did not answer our call. Went out and bought 2 cans of fly spray, we sprayed every room, closed the doors behind us, and went out for an hour, hoping this would work, sadly not, on arriving back, lots of dead flies, but lots still in the Kitchen. We were desperate by now, tried to contact the owner by text, they responded, and said they would send someone round. They did with a can of fly spray, I said is that it? He replied I'm only a handyman this is what I've been told to bring and left. We tried to find alternative accommodation, but nothing available for 8 Adult's to be together. Our special occasion was ruined by staying at these apartments, This is not an isolated case, a party stopped here and had the same problems, Booking.com have been in touch with the owner, but refuses to take any responsibility for the condition of this apartment. Anybody thinking of staying here, please, please don't, we couldn't wait to get out, and home.

My 3 young travellers had a great time in Bridlington and have constantly requested to go back since coming home.

The views were fantastic at the top of the building. The location was great for being near everything.

We didnt mind the stairs at all but i wouldnt recommend staying in the higher apartments if you have any mobility issues.

The sea view was the best thing about our stay

The sea view was beautiful

Microwave , cups and some cutlery was dirty. Food we purchased on the way was put in the fridge the next frozen so all had to be thrown away so we ate out which was not what we had planned ☹️ Cobwebs on the ceiling on the light fitting behind bedside table and rubbish behind the callax unit. The light pull for the main light was dirty and sticky. In the bathroom the floor got so wet after showering it was dangerous as both of us slipped coming from the bathroom on to the lino where there was a dip could of done with a bathroom mat
