Family stay in the summer holiday.

Location to the beach and town. Clean and tidy. Good size rooms.

Double bed in main room uncomfortable. Two people couldn't sleep in it. New mattress needed. Could have done with some hooks on doors for dressing gowns/towels.

Loverly cozy cottage

The location was fabulous. The house was large beds were super comfortable. All amenities we needed and had a bath, not just a shower which my wife loves also off road parking which was helpful on a busy street but a quiet street

If I had to be picky my father said the towels could be a little bigger and he could get a normal channel on tv but he is 80 years old and moans about everything so that's quite a result just picking those 2 things

Very disappointed.

Not a lot. Clean but poorly executed

First aid box missing, six story hotel in back yard with kitchen vents pointing to the house - it stank of rancid fat. The furniture was second hand and stank of decay when opened - not so much shabby chic. Just SHABBY. Everything was done cheaply with every expense avoided. It was a poor decision for us to stay there but our decision was based on the write-up. The stay was NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Very disappointing and won’t be using your service again if that overpriced offering is a measure of your service.

Kitchen well appointed .

There was an outbreak of flies at the property on the 5th day. It worsened on the sixth day with a large number of flies in the dining room and kitchen area and also in the TV room. We had to cut short our holiday since we had two young children with us and we felt the situation was unhygienic . The owners of the property took several hours to respond to our concerns. We asked for a full reimbursement for the two days of our holiday that we lost due to the outbreak of flies in the property. Unfortunately, despite discussing with the owners, we did not get a full refund for the two days .

Fantastic weekend, lovely house, great location

The house is in an excellent location for getting both into town and to the beach, we didn't have to use the car all weekend. The house is very well equipped and very clean and comfortable, and the welcome chocolates and wine were a lovely touch.

This is a lovely spacious house situated in a brilliant location just a few yards behind the Spa so a stones throw from the beach,The house is well equipped with a very nice kitchen.The private parking place is outside the front door which is good and saves looking for spaces when you are issued a permit which I have had in the past with other accommodation,Pet friendly too.

There is nothing to dislike,you will not be dissapointed,

The location was perfect and the house was a good size and kept very clean .The kitchen and lounge were well kept and comfortable.

The towels need to be bath sheet size we ended up buying extra as my husband is over 6ft. The patio doors could do with some privacy film or blinds as the back yard is not very welcoming and my elderly dog could not see them so I had to stand outside with her to stop her injuring herself .it could a fabulous house but is in need of an update upstairs and outside.

What a lovely place, it was like home from home. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very spacious and even had off street parking. It is in an excellent spot, only a short walk into town and to the beaches. The welcome chocolates were a lovely touch. We will definitely be booking again.

The cottage was in a really convenient place for local amenities. Beautifully clean, lovely touch of Mr and Mrs Lok leaving a bottle of wine and box of chocolates.

A bit further from the dog beach than we thought for our two elderly dogs.

Beautiful hoilday home. It was spotless, everything was comfortable from the sofa, mattresses and bedding. Towels presented on the bed as thought it was a 5 star hotel. Welcome gifts which also made us feel very welcomed . Everything you could need was there. Prefect. The staff allowed me to add an extra day at the last minute, arriving early. That was very helpful There was a sofa bed too which was great one evening when I needed a bit of space from the child I was sharing a room with. Hover meant I could keep up with the kids crumbs, nothing worse. We had a washer which again was brilliant for keeping up woth the kids washing. Oven, microwave and kettle all new. It was kept in a lovely condition. Not a speck of dirt in site. Buckets and spade for the kids. Tea,coffee and sugar left for us. Lots of relaxing scents like lavender and some real house plant. Its a home from home but better! Thank you

If I'm being picky, perhaps a small bottle of milk to go with the tea, if after a long drive you needed a cuppa. It's nice to have that. I had however just had a coffee at the cafe :) Maybe another bin in the kitchen to separate the recycling from the non recycling? Nothing really we didn't like :) I'd stay again.

Great location lovely home, good facilities and great benefit of off street parking. My family and myself enjoyed our stay and the lovely gift and communications from hosts Tammy and Tony. We could really cook using facilities at this home which is very helpful when members of family like home comforts after a day out enjoying the coast. Mrs L and family

Fairly comfortable

Location was excellent, close to spa & take aways. House was lovely & warm good shower, plenty of hot water. Enough parking for 2 cars. Beds were comfortable

Leather sofa was really uncomfortable in lounge as where the dining chairs in kitchen could do with updating. Lot of noise from air conditioning unit at the back of the property was sometimes quite loud.
