Great location shame about bedding it could be a really nice place

Location is good, easy enough to get in touch with the hosts

Booked for me and my 2 kids, they knew this and still let me book a twin room (?) and then gave us a cot bed for my 3 year old. Okay fine, but it was just that … no pillow, blankets or anything. Had to go back and forth in messages to get something, ended up with a pillow and a bedsheet (not duvet just a sheet). Luckily my boy can sleep on a washing line but not what I expected. Also I wasn’t aware we would have to share a bathroom otherwise I wouldn’t have booked - needs to be made more clear it’s a shared area

Spot on for the money will probs use a again

For the price can't complain the house / BNB dose look modern how ever could run the hoover over the carpet on the stairs but for the price and seeing it was just me staying actually not bad wouldn't take your family to stay their but for a lads weekend up north absolutely bang tidy as located in the town center and closest pub literally 20m away

it wasn't dirty like the kitchen bedroom and bathroom was spot on just the stairs could of done with a clean but seeing as theirs loads of ppl walking through their you could expect it to be that way

I'd give it a 0 if i could. No key to get into the flat, left us stranded at 11pm with no where to go with a 7 year old child and a disabled woman in a wheelchair. Still waiting for a refund!!

Bedsit unclean grimey accommodation, very poor . Only have a 1 because can’t give zero.

It was close to the beach

HMO like accommodation with noisy tenants . Bottles full of out of date lumpy milk in the fridge . Dirty floors cobwebs and dead bugs everywhere , stains on the furniture and walls. Broken glass on the floor . noisy neighbours in the other rooms asking ppl on the street to go to the shop for them . Purchased milk to use and left it sealed in the fridge but it was opened and drank / used. Rock hard cheap double mattress that was on a king size base . Itching still low after sleeping there .

Clean and well located

The property is clean including shared areas like bathrooms and kitchen. The rooms are spacious and clean. The accommodation is located near to local amenities and close to the seafront.

The property was a little difficult to find with it being an unassuming door in between two shops; the front door didn’t lock.

Holiday nightmare

Check in a 9:00 we left at 9:30 due to another family they were loud and drunk arguing and throwing stuff around my boy as autism and couldn't deal with it he was so scared, there was no bedding for my boy to sleep with shared bathroom and kitchen we then had to book an hotel at pemeier inn which was £130 it just ruined everything,

How clean it was & clean fresh towels

Nothing like discrption. Hanging rail. No bathroom. It's more like student accommodation. Sharing kitchen toilet & bathroom which didn't find on another level. My daughter was asleep then bang main door opens loads noice. We was nx to kitchen. I called to say ppl sleeping nothing. Went to look at all noise to find they swopping washing machine at 10:45pm. Really. All food in the fridge left was off smelling. Need better cleaners. At 4:15 am someone else enters the house banging doors & then leaving banging doors been noisy on stairs. Over priced

Was okay the first night but the second night horrendous

Other people staying there, couple of smack heads. Didn’t honour the quite time between 11 and 7 the swear words and the arguing on all night and running around naked. When I had my 8 year old granddaughter with me. Not to mention them locking themselves out of the room.

There is a Tesco opposite where we stayed and at least four places where you can buy hot food to take home. Also the beach is about a ten minute walk away which is great.

loved how spacious everything was and how clean it was. loved thar it was on a quiet street and how everything was lovely in the rooms. loved how helpful the receptionist was too on the phone!

only thing is that they gave us a single duvet on a double bed :/

Highly not recommended, VERY Over priced for what is it.

Nothing was likeable about the property, I suppose apart from the location, it was ideal for where I was travelling to and from that's about it

This is NOT holiday accommodation by any means, it is more like a hostel, on entry into the premises it smelled of urine, the kitchen was filthy with dirty pots, and bin was overflowing with rubbish. There was only a shared sink and a toilet on the landing, now shower facilities. I suppose the room was fine, however, the bedding looked like it had been bought from temu, very cheap and nasty, the items that they had put in the room to try and make it look nice were not, and you're better just throwing them away. The towels were cheap. I would not recommend this property for any holiday stay. If you're extremely desperate, then perhaps this is the place to stay. Very much well over priced!

Very disappointing experience!!

The owner acted promptly when I sent a text about the stained bed linen and sent a cleaner out to change the bed sheet, duvet and stained towels.

The description of this room is very misleading, please see my pictures of the Deluxe room on Booking.com and apart from mentioning a shared toilet then you would expect everything else to be within the ‘room’ as per the description but this is not the case, you get a basic room with no facilities at all, not even a hairdryer, which also wasn’t in the shared bathroom? After that disappoint we then found stained bed sheets, grubby duvet cover and stained towels. my wife was very upset and slept in the car and luckily we managed to find a hotel the next day, also it’s on a busy main road, not on a quiet road as per the description and the entrance is just a door between 2 shops and rooms are above them, just in case you decide to stay here and struggle to find the address, all in all a very disappointing experience!!

Great Location comfortable stay

easy to find and access to the property. clean facilities and spacious rooms. comfortable bed. we just needed to stay for a night to attend a funeral in the Area and this property was perfect for my budget and desired location. Tesco store is just opposite the property so its very convenient.

Ridiculous lady on phone was very rude there was no tv we had a 3 year old granddaughter with us we paid for a room with 3 and there was no we’re for her to sleep no bedding it was a joke never again
