Not for those with mobility issues

The flat was clean and spacious, located in a quiet area about a ten minute walk to the centre of town. well kitted out nice kitchen. Wi-fi was very good.

The furniture and beds are of futon height and design those with mobility issues would find it difficult also the stairs are quite steep to the flat. Non slip shower mats are needed as the base is very slippery. Fire needs a service fan very noisy. Missing TV channels could be a reception problem.

Not a complaint but the beds and sofa were a little low for my age ( trouble getting off) but the rest of the flat was perfect. A great location for town and beach .

Great location for Bridlington Spa Venue.

Clear communication, great location to seaside, Bridlington Spa venue, quiet south area, walkable north beach, clean. Good facilities, lovely shower. Clean and modern with seaside art.

Beds a bit hard, table placemats need replacing, as well chipped plate.

Sofa very low and not easy to get up for aged person , took a long time for hot water to come through taps ,tv difficult to navigate Chanel’s

Great location, short walk to harbour, beach shops, restaurants. Nicely decorated, lovely walk in shower, comfortable beds. Good size living room. Great kitchen, has all you need if you want to cook whilst you are there. Nothing not to like about this property.

Nothing. The only thing to know about this property is that it is a first floor flat and if you have mobility issues then you might struggle with the stairs into the property, but other than that, this place is a little diamond.

Unfortunately we had to bring 2 cars due to being unable to travel together. Only parking for 1 car. This was not made apparent to us at the time. Due to the location it could be difficult to find parking for the other vehicle especially during the day as Bridlington got busier. Maybe make this known on the information that there is parking at the property but for only 1 vehicle. A window in the living room of the property did not open, it seemed to be stuck on the latch. A fantastic fully equipped kitchen but no tea towel or sponges/cloths for washing up or wiping round. We were not made aware we would need to bring these.

An excellent find, would highly recommend this apartment

The location was wonderful, close to the Spa Theatre but in a very quiet street. The rooms were large and very light and bright. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were well kitted out and bright.

Everything, good location, 100m ftom sea front. Brautiful beach Close to Bridlington SPA, just 5 minute walk. Close to shops restaurants. Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Comfortable beds. Great walk in shower, power shower. Plenty of storage space. Iron and ironing board + hoover provided.Parking for 1 car and easy to park on street if needed. Nice quiet street.

No problem for us, but there is a fairly steep set of stairs as you first go in the property that an elderly person might struggle to get their luggage up.

Great location property is of high standard loads of space feels a real treat. Unfortunately not going to be going next year will miss this property scooter rally moved to llandudno will be trying there

The appartment was really light, airy, spacious and comfortable. The location is very good being close to everything you need.

Limited cooking utensils. Could do with items such as baking tins, pizza trays and more serving spoons.

Very nice apartment and very spacious has all mod cons

We loved the flat it was very spacious, clean and had everything you would need even a washing machine. Even towels were laid out for 4 people just great. there was a problem with the shower in that it would not cool down and was calding the owner was out to turn the water down within 15 mins

The only thing that let the accomodation down was the shower it looked lovely and couldn't wait to get innto tit, when we did it only trickled out no force to the water at all. The bathroom lights were of different colours. The owner did say that the light worked off remotes and cold be changed to a clear colour. This was done but when you tunred the light off then on again the disco lights came back on so we gave up.

Great location, and very comfy in most respects and good base with plenty of things to see and do.

The location and the simplicity and the accommodation, uncluttered and easy to keep things tidy.

The shower was too cold and there were coloured lights with different remotes in the bathroom - while fun - was a bit annoying and pointless and kept resetting after the cord was used to switch it off. If someone with Austism spectrum issues or migraine tried to be in the bathroom for a while, it would be horrible.

Good parking, very clean, spacious, modern decor and furniture.

The apartment was very clean on arrival, it is well equipped (apart from no teapot!). It is modern and spacious with king size beds and plenty of seating in the lounge, with a decent TV. Milk and towels were provided. A quiet residential street, with the beach very near and an easy walk to the harbour and town centre.

Great location for where I was working.

I had issues with the shower temperature being extremely hot and in adjustable. Contacted host and tried sorting out, but checked out before the issue was fixed. A dishwasher would have been great.
