The flat was very clean and had everything needed especially the kitchen. Location was perfect. Great to have the little touches for aiding people with mobility issues, eg hand rails etc. Will definately book again.
Settees were too low for elderly and disabled but comfy enough.

Although the apartment was very well heated, at times, particularly during the night could be very warm. Better control over the heating would have been preferable

Locality, needs a bit of snagging, finer details etc host friendly and informative
No grab rail in shower, too many airfresheners. (no good for asthma sufferers) water left in kettle, (just gets wasted) too much light in bedroom, needs dark curtains, menus need to be identified to which eatery etc gate needs sorting out, Matt emulsion on busy walls, can't be cleaned so leaves finger marks, televisions had to be retuned and too low
