The location. The spaciousness. The price. We had a few nice days and the outside space was really appreciated. Though it could do with being spruced up a bit.
Lack of attention to detail. Dripping tap, blinds require attention as do bedroom curtains.Deep clean required in certain areas.No welcome pack explaining how to use appliances and central heating system.

Location was excellent. Very spacious.
Tap dripping in the kitchen - really annoying. No ‘useful information’ book - had to make contact to get WiFi information/password. No information on how adjust the central heating, although worked it out. Also no information on how to work the hob - didn’t end up using it as the frying pan was disgusting - burnt on food, the rest of the pans all had the ‘white film’ from dishwasher use or very well used. There were no trays to use in the oven. Only off road parking for 1 car (occupied and never moved) - shared by 2 properties - when busier time can see this being an issue. Hotel is now closed so use of their facilities. Couldn’t put recycling in the bin as was full of black bags, the other one was not accessible other side of parked car and no room to get around.

Lovely beach view and lower flat was lovely and cosy on arrival
The windows were drafty and couldn't adjust the heating which meant we were cold alot of the time. Also the panelling under the bathroom sink needs finished off, there is a massive gap and we nearly lost one of our cats. It was quite windy when we went and when we went to bed all we could hear was banging from the garage next to our room. Also didn't expect it to be set out like a flat so we had neighbours upstair.

The location was fantastic.
Was very spacious.
Nice conservatory.
Nice outside space.

Electric fire in living room.
Staff opposite in the hotel/ pub we’re lovely who showed us to the property.
Could of been cleaner - dog hair was a massive issue in the rug in the living room and on the floor.
Pots were dirty - had to be cleaned before use.
Heating was available- and I appreciate it is cold months, however due to the size of the property (very spacious) it didn’t seem to fill the bedrooms, landing and kitchen. Without electric fire in living it would of been cold.

"Ideal location for to walk dogs to Sowerby also for the promenade walking into centre of town.Lovely and spacious nice to have outside area for seating.Good size kitchen and well equipped.
