great property, perfect location

Excellent location property across the road from the seafront, spacious ground floor flat, with large kitchen and living room. conservatory and outdoor seating area are perfect for the sunshine. i would stay here again!

Could have been given better directions it needs to state opposite side of the road to Expanse apartments on Third Avenue.

Was given wrong key code. Needs new blinds, curtains in living room didn't close properly.

Rooms were spacious, some nice furniture

I have a mobility scooter and although there was a ramp onto decking which lead into conservatory only one of the patio doors opened making it difficult to get scooter in. There wasn't instruction book on how to work the hob, I have a gas cooker and never used one like in the apartment. No internet password available, had to ring owner for it

Excellent property and location but poor communication

Superb location and spacious. Nice decor although a little tired and would benefit from a freshen up.

Was given the wrong access code and unable to contact anyone. Fortunately people staying in flat above were able to help out. Shower head poll came off wall at first use and clearly was not a new problem.

Good location, nice staff, could be cleaner and warmer

The location was fantastic. Was very spacious. Nice conservatory. Nice outside space. Parking. Electric fire in living room. Staff opposite in the hotel/ pub we’re lovely who showed us to the property.

Could of been cleaner - dog hair was a massive issue in the rug in the living room and on the floor. Pots were dirty - had to be cleaned before use. Heating was available- and I appreciate it is cold months, however due to the size of the property (very spacious) it didn’t seem to fill the bedrooms, landing and kitchen. Without electric fire in living it would of been cold.
