The house was lovely, everyone slept well, there was a lot of space and everything was modern

3 really small things - someone had broken the handle to get out of the bath and it was just left, none of the clocks had batteries and the little sofa needs replacing but the other little things they had thought about were excellent

Lovely weekend in Bridlington

Cosy & warm house in a great location right in the town centre. Close to the station, shops, harbour & seafront. We had a lovely stay, the house was clean & comfortable & the beds were great. Communication with the hosts was good prior to our visit. We would definitely stay again. Recommend for couples or a family with children. A bonus was the little garden with furniture perfect for when the weather is good.

Pleasant stay

Cottage was clean on arrival, including towels and bedding. Great location for the sea front, shops, restaurants etc. Parking right outside was really handy, too. Host, Kirsty, was at the end of the phone and very helpful. A luck of paint needed here and there and a lot of the windows are blown, but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Great place for what we needed.

It reminded me of going to a friend’s house. Really homely and you instantly felt comfortable. It had everything you needed. The host was helpful and checked in that everything was okay and allowed us extra checking out time as the cleaner wouldn’t be due until later in the day. Rooms were big, lots of space.

The first floor bathroom was very cold and the radiator didn’t work.

Absolutely perfect - comfortable, clean, cosy, and central.

The location was perfect. The property was very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was provided. Good quality bedding and towels. Very nicely decorated. Warm and comfortable. Large bedrooms. Beds comfortable Nice to hear the seagulls. Good sized yard. We enjoyed this so much we extended our stay, twice!!

Hideaway House Bridlington

Great location, the shops are at the end of the street and 5-10 minutes from all attractions. Beds were big and comfortable with one room an ensuite which is a good bonus when you have kids. Other than seagulls it was very quiet despite how close to everything it was, we used earplugs and slept well every night.

First impressions weren't great as the parking I thought was included was not guaranteed and there were no spaces left. There is a pay and display carpark up the street which is free 6pm-8am which I had to use as I arrived around 4pm. Despite being mostly clean and tidy it's not as new as the pictures show. The gas meter cover at the door was hanging off, tiles missing in the kitchen and stains on carpets. Bedrooms although great lack plug outlets. The bedroom with ensuite only has x1 single plug socket. There are lamps either side of the bed that can't be used and the plugs were just tucked behind the headboard? We had to buy a multiplug extension to use

The property location was great and perfect. Thought we wanted the property had plenty of room and a nice comfy area to chill out on an evening.

On a morning, the seagulls got pretty loud I must admit that there's nothing that anyone can do about that when specially when you're next to the seaside 🤣

Working on a Darts Event at the Spa

Property was central to everywhere. The host left milk and bread for us along with biscuits which was a lovely touch. The house was really clean with plenty of spare towels and bedding onsite. Would recommend his property. Only slept here as too busy with work and the long hours to appreciate it really

Parking in the area was really difficult and the bed was on the hard side but lots of people like this, it is probably just me.

Good layout and comfy beds. Host was very helpful (providing lots of recommendations) parking permits provided and despite a busy street we were able to park all weekend. Great location, incredibly dog friendly.

Lovely clean and comfortable house in a quiet street very close to the centre of town and walking distance to the harbour and seafront. Great to be able to bring our dog and enclosed yard for him to go outside safely.

The hosts kindly arranged parking permits for street parking, unfortunately there were no spaces so we ended up paying for parking each day in the car park ( over the road) when we were in the house.

Perfect location with great rooms and lovely and clean

We arrived foe Bridlington golf festival and on entering the super clean hallway through to the kitchen we were greeted by a hand written chalk sign telling us to 'enjoy our golf' There was also a few items. To get us settled (tea, coffee, bread, apples and bananas) I thought this was a great touch . Communication was outstanding Will definitely go back

If we'd have known they were going to kindly gives us some supplies we wouldn't have bought our own bread etc. But it was a great surprise.

The house had a lovely back yard in a sunny location. 2 bathrooms ideal Clean, spacious, towels provided, every utensil you could think of in the kitchen Internet password provided Parking permit included Central location for the town Dog allowed at a cost

Had lots of rules sent to us just before our stay, maybe better to show all rules prior to payment. Had to pay £30 for our dog to stay for 3 nights although was stated as free on booking.com. Owner tried to cancel our booking less than a week before our stay as said they had double booked, offered a refund but had animals booked in lodgings & very few places available in central Bridlington available at this time so declined the cancellation, owner then said she had sorted the double booking & we could still go ahead with our short break. The written conversations with owner were quite short & curt on her side. Gave us a feeling of not being welcome for our stay at Hideaway House. Parking permit was included but no specific parking space so had to wait until the 2nd day to get a space & had to pay for parking prior to this.
