HEATING wouldn't work
No hot water ( I doubt that everyone would know how to bleed or vent the system and I don't mean the radiators but the boiler itself ),I managed to sort the water out BUT the controls on the shower wouldn't allow you to take a shower unless you regulate the boiler NOT ideal
Only one bath towel for two people
The bed was comfy and a great quilt
The cleaner needs to go on a cleaning course IE bread bin full of crumbs, fridge needs a deep clean
The shower looks like it's never been cleaned the screen was just a MASS of lime scale rug needs a deep clean
The location is almost next to the spa (50 yds) the area is run down as is most seaside towns
Parking outside is only for two vehicles and the rest is residential parking only
