The perfect family home by the sea
This beautiful house is in the perfect location for a seaside holiday. There was everything we could possibly need and more. Communication was excellent and check in/out was very straightforward. A fantastic getaway we would thoroughly recommend 🥰

Prefect rental for exploring the area
Excellent location, big well equipped, clean and comfortable rooms. Hosts were very quick to reply to all communication and immediately sorted out the one small issue we advised them of at time of entry - excellent reaction to what really was a small point. Two good bathrooms with nice big shower cabinets. Neither stairs nor floors creaked which made it easy for early morning risers to move around without disturbing others. The bottle of white wine left for us in the fridge was very welcome. Though only one car fits on the driveway there is an on-road parking spot for residents right in front of the house which we used without problem (registration communicated to host before arrival).
There was nothing we didn`t like. Note though that the twin room has no wardrobe or coat hangars which is a slight inconvenience if used by an adult. A minor point is that the kettle doesn`t switch off automatically - you see that I`m struggling to find anything slightly `negative` to report back!

We have had our second stay here now and it was perfect. The location is brilliant as everything is within walking distance and there is a local shop 1 minute away for essentials. The house is so spacious and bright you definitely feel like you are on holiday.

Immaculate, comfy, and quiet house, and only a stone's throw away from the beach and town
Diane is a wonderful host. She answers questions quickly, left us a couple of surprises in the fridge, and kindly mailed a brooch I'd brought on holiday and left behind (thank you so much!) The house was immaculate and very roomy. There is a parking spot in front of the house and the location is wonderful. It's a stone's throw away from the beach and pier, town, and numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants. It's a detached and quiet house and we all slept soundly. Everybody said their bed was comfy. The dog had a lovely visit too and really loved the off lead beach about 10 mins walk along the seafront. The backyard is enclosed which was nice for the dog too. We visited Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Cliffs which are both close by and I even popped over to see Robin Hood's Bay one evening while my friends went to a local pub. Would definitely stay again.
There was nothing to dislike.
