Wonderful weekend away in Bridlington would highly recommend this apartment location can not be beat

The location was superb we were attending an event at Bridlington spa which was just across the road. The location of the apartment is fantastic for all the amenities of Bridlington with fabulous views of the beach .

I liked everything the apartment was lovely only things that could be improved is having a shower above the bath in second bedroom and a larger cafetière in kitchen but these are minor points the apartment is lovely we would certainly book again

Comfy, homely, quiet, relaxing with great view

Great view of the beach and sea. Balcony. Very clean. Everything needed in kitchen. Lovely towels. Easy walk to amenities and beach. Could walk for miles. Host very friendly and helpful.

Decor maybe a bit dated (personal taste) Mattress for me was too firm but again personal thing Bit tight to manoeuvre estate car into the back lane area to park No Netflix or similar only standard freeview Wifi iffy Quite expensive for 2 nights. It was last minute so i feel it could have been discounted

Great accommodation situated in an excellent position.

Just returned from a week at Royal Court Apartments, we were on the second floor, up two flights of stairs, we're all a lot fitter now. 😂 Beautiful, very large apartment with a lovely big veranda. Kitchen had everything you would need a large gas hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster and plenty of cutlery, crockery etc. Living room, very comfy and spacious. Two large bedrooms with very comfy beds, we all slept very well. Shower was big and it was good to have a bathroom too. The apartments are just across the road from South shore beach, it was in an excellent position for us. We also made full use of the veranda, morning, afternoon and evening soaking up the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exellent communication with owners on day of arrival, helping us with directions to our car parking space at the back of the building.

Nothing to dislike. We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing break

The location of the appartment could not be better & the appartment itself was stunning & very comfortable. Relaxing on the balcony having evening meal with a glass of wine looking out to sea was just perfect.

If I really had to pick something, it would be a struggle but, as a tall person it would be the beds, I would have preferred the beds not to have been bedframes as my feet touched the bottom frame, but I really am being picky there just trying to find a negative as there aren't any.

Disappointed with facilities.

The view.

Washer dryer was advertised, and as our Australian friends were travelling onward on a cruise, the laundry facilities were needed. This was part of the reason we chose this accommodation. We contacted the owner, who said he would change the advert and that he would pay to go to a laundrette. We lost a day of our holiday, taking washing up and down 40+ stairs and walking around Bridlington with washing. We requested a refund of a 1 night stay as compensation, and the owner was extremely rude Another defect was that the freezer had obviously not been defrosted for weeks (photos available) so it was unusable. I will attach a photograph of the owners response (which actually shows culpability, or he would not have offered to pay for the laundry!) Unfortunately, our 3 day break was only a 2 day break, and I feel 1 nights refund is not excessive.

Perfect location- land train right in front of the spa, huge Tesco 5 mins away. Apartment well resourced and spacious

A welcome pack with a few tea bags and coffee sachets would have been so welcome after a long drive. As many have mentioned before the steps are a killer! 52 to the penthouse!

A lovely stay in a beautiful apartment. Would recommend.

Excellent location with lovely views.

The property was beautiful. Could just do with new baking trays, and frying pan. The Teflon coating is worn on the baking tin especially. This is not a criticism at all, just thought the owners should be made aware. I usually bring tin foil with me to line tins with, l omitted to do so this time. A dish cloth would have been useful.

Amazing apartment with fabulous views

The views were amazing from the living room and the balcony is an awesome extra space a specially when it is sunny. This place has everything you could possibly need for a great stay, Will definitely return soon.

Check out time of 10am as would have liked a little longer to get sorted.

Wonderful place!

Brilliant location, wonderful view. Was lovely sitting on the balcony. Apartment is v spacious, clean and modern. Bedrooms are a good size too. Parking space at the rear made it very convenient. Apartment had WIFI (important when you have kids!) Would definately stay here again!

Had my elderly Mother with us so she struggled getting up the stairs. Also struggled getting our luggage up and down.

The apartment requires some updating in places, in particular the ensuite bathroom and kitchen taps. Maybe a little redesign in the lounge to make the dining table and breakfast bar more easily accessible to use. We had very noisy people in the apartment above us during our stay but obviously this is out of the hands of the the owners

Amazing apartment, just be aware of no lift

Everything about the apartment itself was amazing, it was well equiped, we were all comfortable, en-suit bathroom/shower rooms in 2 of the 3 bedrooms which was very nice and the balcony was the best feature, we would see for miles! The apartment owner allows dogs so our dog was especially happy that not only could she sun bathe on the balcony, but she could watch the world go by without even lifting a paw.

The stairs was the only thing we didnt like about getting up to the apartment, as one of our family members was a pensioner, they found it very tiring and had to limit how many times they wanted to leave the apartment.

Great apartment

Amazing apartment, beautifully clean and sea view from the balcony. Had all of the amenities required. Parking available, lovely place, would definitely stay again.

Excessive charge for one small dog for a two night stay, £30. Boiler kept losing pressure and would cut out and stop working so heating and hot water was intermittent. Only one key provided for an apartment with multiple bedrooms-an extra set would be useful.

Perfect Apartment in a Perfect Location

This was a fantastic apartment with the most amazing views across the South Bay.

If I have to choose one thing I’d say the tiny bath towels. Would be even better if we had bath sheets.
