Sunset Hideaway, Bridlington

Well positioned near to the sea, near to city centre , well equipped and really beautiful

A little bit dust on the standing lamps , but is nothing compared with what the property offers

There's so much to say I'm bound to forget something! But I might as well start by saying one gigantic thank you to Bev, the apartment manager, for being so kind and helpful throughout our stay. I booked the apartment as part of an early birthday surprise for my dad, and Bev went above and beyond to help make things extra special for him :3 Not only that, but communication was fantastic! I am unable to use the phone to make/receive calls, and Bev was so sweet and understanding regarding that, which really helped to take a lot of stress and hassle out of things for me by being able to communicate via written messages. The apartment itself is spacious and tastefully decorated, and my dad especially loved the coffee machine and huge choice of pods, he said it was a real treat to have that in there! The shower was excellent, great pressure, nice size, and easy to operate. The living room felt spacious & homely, making it a nice place to relax + the TV & WiFi were great too, with the option to stream shows or watch stuff on Sky. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you could need to cook for yourself, and the bedrooms were spacious and cosy :3 Self-check in was simple, with clear instructions sent + parking with the electronic permit was also easy, and we were always able to find a space outside the apartment despite it getting quite busy in Brid. The location was great too, only a short walk from the harbour/beachfront, but also close to shops (meaning we could use Lidl's bakery items for cheap & tasty breakfast :D), takeaways, and the old town was a walkable distance too. Perfect for what we needed :3 We had such a lovely stay that we wish we could've moved in and never had to leave, haha. With any luck, it will be available whenever we're heading to Brid again in the future!

There was nothing we didn't like! I was unfortunately ill almost the entire trip, but that's just bad luck, haha.

Comfortable flat . Close to town centre 5 min walk.15 min walk to old town. Was spotless clean Had everything you could need. Very large tv. Good communication with owner Even sorted parking permit Guy down stairs very friendly and helpful. With where to go. And where the best restaurants and bars were. Would definitely use again

Only one toilet. 2 bathrooms. But only one had a toilet and as 2 couples it would have been better 4 us to have one per couple. This didn't bother us. But there's a lot of steps .if you have mobility issues.

Location & size. Kitchen was well kitted out with lots of extras in place.

Site says 2 bathrooms however there was only 1 toilet. The bathroom with the toilet had hairs in the shower -we did not use it because of this. The bed in the upstairs front room was uncomfortable. We did not like the lack of privacy in the upper floor bedrooms due to the glass panels in the bedroom doors? The neighbour played very loud music well after 11 at night and was intimidating sat in his front yard drinking alcohol. We did not like this. Tried watching TV but it just kept buffering and breaking up. WI-FI kept coming and going. Host was attentive to the point of been annoying with all the messages. 3 women 2 nights half a roll of loo paper probably an oversight but not good enough. Yes we could have asked the host but chose to just buy some.
