Fantastic we will be back

Excellent location and facilities. Easy to contact the host. Very clean. Little extras included which is much appreciated and rare these days.

Some dust noticed behind the bedside tables. Not a big deal though. Everywhere else was immaculately clean.

Lovely place to stay, close to north beach

Close to everything, plenty of space. Check in was very easy

Steps are steep there is a lift though very small. Bed was a bit too soft for us

As a couple it was great for a short break, their prices are reasonable

The location was superb, the king size bed was clean and comfortable and it was very well equipped for 2. The lift was a bonus.

Parking was on the street and it was sometimes difficult to park close by.

Clean and spacious, but take earplugs

Apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I had no issue parking close but I can imagine in season it would be problematic. No amount of soundproofing is going to keep out the noise of drunken idiots leaving the pub over the road, so take earplugs. Though clean it could do with a little work... could be a 10/10 property with some TLC.

The location is perfect for all amenities

The light did not work in the bedroom, the radiator in the bathroom did not work. Getting a parking spot was hard, we had to keep driving round till one became available. Once we got a spot we dared not go out in the car incase we could not get another spot, and we like driving off to other places

Twixmas in Bridlington

The location is excellent, apartment had everything we needed, was very comfortable, the complimentary drinks and snacks very well received, had lovely views across the sea from the lounge window. Access into the property very secure and safe.

Comfortable stay in a great location.

Very well equipped studio, with everything you may need. Lovely touch having complimentary bottled water, sweets and snacks in the reception area. Comfortable bed and clean facilities. Central location.

The kitchen units could do with fitting properly as they look untidy and a bit of finishing off in the bathroom, skirting and plinth to shower. These things didn't affect our stay but if they were done, would make the studio 10/10.

The accommodation wasn’t expensive so maybe we got what we paid for, could be better.

We had a very easy access and communication, also the parking permit is a great . The lift was a definite plus

The room was nice, was clean and had good facilities for 2 people. Complimentary snacks, water bottles, and coffee pods were available at reception as well as a lot of dvds that we made use of on the evenings. Instructions for entering the property and getting our keys were clear and understandable.

Property was right next to a pub that on the friday and saturday nights got extremely rowdy, 2 sleepless nights during kicking out time. The lift leading to our 3rd floor room was labelled adequate for 3 people, the 2 of us felt extremely claustrophobic in it after 1 use and never used it again, instead we opted for the stairs.

The view of a dead seagull rotting away from the penthouses window been there a fait length of time..

Not sound proof at all smelt like a pet shop as there was birds nesting in the roof space. Check in was at1pm didn't get in the room till 2.45 been travelling all day and just wanted a shower. But had to ring the manager to get in and I asked why the room wasn't ready and he lost the plot saying am a trouble causer and that he didn't have to take my money or let us stop there very rude and a massive disappointment to the start of our holiday

Nothing was totally misrepresented by this photo. Crumbling and peeling paint on the exterior.

It smelled of stale urine, and there were patches of damp on walls and ceiling.

The location is fantastic and right next to the beach, funfair, arcades, shops and food outlets

We have stayed here before in the flat upstairs and we didn’t realise we would be in the lower ground one this time so it was a bit dark.

Bridlington 2025

The room was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed for our stay. We've stayed here several times before and choose to come back as it's ideally located close to the beach, the town and the bus station. We didn't see the hosts this time as entry to the suites is now electronic but we received clear instructions on how to access the property and suite. On entry a mobile number is clearly printed should you have any issues and need to contact them. The lobby as usual was stocked with free snacks, cold bottles of water, a coffee machine, plus a cabinet filled with DVD's and games/toys to use if needed. There is also a stand of information leaflets of different things to do in the local area.

Close to everything, brilliant location

There was a slight smell of dogs or something in the room but after putting febreze down it became ok. We couldn't work the TV properly but we only tried to use it one morning . Other than that our stay was good. Nice touch with the water,coffee, and goodies. Would recommend.

Absolutely nothing, from the time we stepped through the door it absolutely stunk of damp, the place was filthy and poor state of repair.

Everything, absolute rip off, never stand anything as dirty and unkept, this was definitely not a four star rating I wouldn’t give it one star.

We was sold a sea view above ground level, I rang the number and was told it was a computer error, we was put in a under ground apartment with hardly any light and it smelt damp and musty, and really dangerous steps going down to the apartment, did not enjoy our stay. I really dont know how this place is 4 stars? As you know we have booked many stays with booking.com and this was the worst one.

The property was perfectly located by the sea and other amenities. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The host was lovely upon arrival and easy to contact if needed. Only downside would be the odour coming into the building from those outside smoking. Otherwise very much recommend and we will definitely stay here again. 5 stars for sure.

We enjoyed our stay In Bridlington.

It was one of the nicest apartments on the street. It had a lift that we used to just take the luggage up to the room then after that we used the stairs. We were so close to all the facilities it was brilliant. They had complementary water sweets and condiments at the front door which was a nice touch.

A wonderful location, and perfect for those wanting to self cater.

Easy to collect keys, and hand back on departure. Lots of complimentary teas, coffees etc. Hosts were really friendly. Perfect location, and given free car park permit.

Our new home from home in Bridlington

The location was perfect. The studio was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed was there and the extra touches, like complimentary drinks, chocolates, coffee machine etc made it a nice treat. The bed was really comfy and bathroom a treat. Will definitely be back, thank you.

Kitchen was tiny but had everything you need. We stayed in a studio. Was perfect for our 2 nights there but maybe not for a week self catering. Would just book a bigger room if we needed that next time though.

Very poor

Central location

Buildings around were derelict. Room very small (bed crammed against wall) Poorly equipped ie only 1 spoon etc Window didn't fit leaving 2 inch gap which made the room very cold and drafty and there was no heating available. Advert shows lovely rooms but reality very different.

Location was handy for our stay, however due to other properties under restoration left the immediate area looking a bit unloved and run down. Although a bath in the bedroom was nice. And lots of free treats that could be had in entrance. Could be a really nice property with a little money and thought being spent on it.

The property, facilities and decor needs an update and tidying up. There was no breakfast vouchers due to booking with booking .com Microwave and hob need to be codemed. Needs a little work. Has lift but very small and slow up to the room itself and electrics for lift actually in our room so everything lift used alerted us. Especially annoying in the evening / nighttime! Also a lovely seagull would patrol the roof outside our window early in the morning looking for an opportunity if window left open. Price a little high for what you would expect to pay.
