Fabulous accommodation.

Accommodation was spot on ! . Very clean . Beds comfortable. Great bathroom . Kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine. Plenty of plates , glasses and utensils. Absolutely stunning view which we loved waking up too .

A lovely clean house right on the seafront.

The house was spotlessly clean as was the linen and towels. The bed was comfortable and so were the settees in the lounge. We particularly liked the bathroom. We had a lovely welcome and were shown round the house. It was very useful having a parking permit for parking nearby. All in all a very good experience, thank you.

The welcome on arrival. The property was clean and comfortable, wonderfully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. The views were great form all of the rooms. It was good to have a parking permit

On Saturday night the noise from people leaving pubs and clubs woke us at midnight and continued to 3 a.m. There is a seating area opposite the flat and groups gathered there also talking noisily and the sound carried up getting louder the higher you were in the property. This is presumably a problem only in the main season given other reviews.

Very comfortable, spacious & clean.

Gareth was very helpful showing how everything worked and even arranged for the windows overlooking the sea to be cleaned. Milk and biscuits were left as were tea bags and coffee, which was very thoughtful. Gareth was also very helpful and responsive in arranging parking permits. The apartment is very well furnished, comfortable, cosy and very clean. There is plenty of storage for clothes, cases etc. Having large, smart TVs in the lounge and main bedroom was very welcome as was having a dishwasher & washing machine. The fridge is very spacious and having a freezer was a great bonus. The bathroom is a good size, modern and decorated to a high standard and the walk in shower was roomy with good water pressure. The views out to sea and of the harbour are lovely. The apartment is just seconds away from the sea front, shops, pubs, cafes, amusements, fairground rides etc. Such a lovely apartment and location to stay at but likely to be much noisier during high season.

The kitchen equipment needs some attention. Although the kitchen has great appliances a number of saucepans and plenty of dining cutlery and plates, preparing a meal was rather difficult. This was because there were no cooking/food preparation knives, no scissors, no measuring jug, no serving/pasta/salad/mixing bowl, no measuring jug and no oven dishes, no potato masher, no sieve/colander. The steamer does not properly fit on any pan and there is no lid for it. This might not matter too much if you are only staying 1 or 2 days but when staying for longer periods you need the equipment to be able to prepare a decent meal.

Lovely place to stay

The location was excellent all what you needed on your door step, we did not use our car for the duration of our stay. The view from the dining table was excellent across the harbour sat people watching for ages. The apartment was very clean and well appointed, the owner was down stairs working in the ice cream shop and she was very helpful. We will be going back in the future.

The weather was very cold but that was our choice to visit in February

The parking but I suppose it was as expected. The host was really good and arranged permit for us but still had to find parking spot which was well away from appartment. There was a noise to be heard from chillers in shop below in the evening.

Lovely place, perfect location for a beach holiday as you're right on the sea front, super clean, super comfortable beds, the bathroom is amazing, good for kids too, lots of stairs however they have their own cot, highchair, kiddies cups and plates, good for a family holiday!

Fantastic week break away

Location was absolutely fantastic and the views were amazing. The apartment was spotless and had everything you.needed such as dishwasher...washer machine and the.hosts even welcomed us with biscuits and tea and coffee and.milk lovely touch when you have been travelling. Really friendly hosts where nothing was too much trouble. My boys loved having Netflix to watch films in bed after a long day in Scarborough or brid. They also loved the waffles and ice cream from downstairs on an evening. The beds are super comfy and views from bedrooms at front watching fishing boats come in on a morning were just prefect.

There was nothing that myself N family did not enjoy we loved every second of this break and apartment and we are looking at booking for next year already.

The most important thing is that the apartment is stunning! Beds are so comfy you don't want to wake up :) You get up in the morning, make yourself coffee, and enjoy the peace of stunning views in the window. Amazing feeling! There are so many things to do and to go with kids. We've been a week and didn't have enough time to go everywhere! But had a very busy week though and enjoyed every day.

Professional, welcoming a great choice in Bridlington

The view is unbelievable. It’s clean, modern and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and shower is very good. Netflix is available in the living room and main bedroom. It’s warm all day and night. Easy to deal with, sent an email and within 5 minutes the owner was there with the key. Left little things like chocolates and sweets.

We had no issue with anything or any reason to fault it.

Loved the view, very clean and comfortable, great for relaxing and watching the boats come in and out. The beds were extremely comfortable. Not too noisy even though its extremely close to the fairground and had Netflix which was perfect for the toddler to relax with, would recommend to everyone and hopefully we have the pleasure of staying there again

I loved the apartment, very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Beautifully decorated accommodation and very comfortable. Location is right on the sea front with great views and easy access to all the amenities. Help was given with arranging parking permits by the owner. Milk and biscuits were there on arrival.

Not knowing that we had to pay for car parking and just how much it was each day and night .....This spoilt our holiday as we had to get up very early to pop to the car park, which was quite a walk and fearing that we would get a parking ticket. Could not have a weekly ticket, this had to be done everyday, mornings and evenings. Did not realise just how many stairs there were in the apartment. Most of the evenings/early mornings there was a lot of noise from youngsters after leaving the pubs/clubs, which woke me at times. They congregated outside our apartment. Crockery and cutlery should be checked to make sure these are clean after each client has vacated, I had to wash these. A clean dishcloth and sponge as the ones that were left absolutely stank.

Me and my family Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. Everything is right on your door step. The apartment is beautiful and the owner really goes above and beyond with the little extras he offers to make your stay comfortable. I will 100% be booking to go back here next year.
