Adequate clean flat and comfortable bed and couches. Tv flat . Would not want to do the steps again

Breakfast not provide

The self catering flat was on the 3rd floor. The lift needed a key to travel to the 3rd floor then there was steps about 3 a tight little corner and more steps through fire doors with no instructions or arrows to the room. On leaving no one appeared. THE OUTER DOOR TO THE BUILDING NOT THE APARTMENT DOOR WAS TRICKY TO UNLOCK AND ONCE I LOADED MY CAR SOMEONE ELES WHO WAS LEAVING AT THE SAME TIME SHUT THE OUTWR DOOR TO THE BUILDING AND I COULD NOT UNLOCK IT AGAIN. THEREFORE RANG JAMIE WHO INSTRUCTED ME TO LEAVE THE KEYS ON THE DOOR STEP INSTEAD OF INSUDE IN THE FOYER HAS I WANTED TO DO. MAYBE JAMIE COULD CHECK THE LOCK ON THE OUTER DOOR TO THE BUILDING . THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO HIS RESPONS TO MY REVIEW E Not quite what I expected The steps were a bit of a problem for me but not for my great niece. Location was good and it was quite. Good sea view from lounge window was nice. Flat clean. Very comfortable bed. Walk in shower

Brilliant position

Good sized apartment near all amenities but quiet

During the rainstorm Sat 20th, a fence or gate was loose at the back of the property and very noisy. The double bed was ok but the single beds had very thin, soft mattresses and not comfortable

Family break

It was easy to find a parking space

I felt as though when looking at the property it was going to be nice but unfortunately the stairs and hallway wasn't good needed tge paint work a good wash down stairs very narrow and steep which was hard being in the apartment near the top with a one year old I found the carpets in the apartment needed a good clean the travel cot was a very small cot with just a board for mattress the bathroom was just a corridor with no window so you had to put the light on to see which was no good as the noisy bathroom fan came on aswell and woke the baby everytime never saw any of the people that own it

Nice apartment in perfect location with perfect views

The view, the location and very helpful staff helped with suitcase almost perfect and would stay again easily.

The bathroom sink drained very slowly as whenever we used water it filled with water and what appeared to be some hairs so possible blockage didn't report as we wanted to be out everyday enjoying the holiday. No cleaning products and bin bags to keep the place tidy and no vacuum cleaner.

Great apartment for small family

Whole apartment was quite spacious with nice high ceilings. Lovely dining table with a great sea view which I enjoyed at breakfast each day. Power shower with plenty of room for manoeuvring. Comfy beds. Great location with easy access to local shops, arcades and restaurants/cafes.

Could of done with a pair of scissors in the cutlery drawer. Need to update all listings with correct facilities as some different from others.

Absolutley lovely stay here!

Location was perfect. It was perfectly placed for everything really. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and comfortable. Very spacious and well thought out! We would definitely return

The only thing we can comment on is maybe a few extra cooking utensils in the kitchen. Also a hoover would have been great just so we could tidy up after ourselves as we like to leave it tidy as we can :)

Old school seaside magic for the whole family!

Lovely location and couldn’t ask for more with young kids as beach was easily accessible . Separate rooms for adults and kids was huge win and enough space to rest after a busy day body boarding in the sea. Owners really friendly and super helpful- parking really good and managed to get right outside so didn’t really have to move at all for duration of stay. Friendly local shops albeit I would say if you fancied any food in the restaurant across the road book well in advance. Over all great stay for a visit of nostalgia with the family - especially the arcades at the Forum!

There is not much to dislike at all about the property though I did see a lot of people struggling with the front door of the apartment block trying to lock it (on leaving and once entered) perhaps a small reminder by the hand sanitizer on the wall to lift the door handle up before trying to turn the key - aside from that - very good!

Great apartment with fab location.

Fantastic location right along the seafront The apartment was nice and clean Kitchen had everything we needed. Shower room was nice and clean. The electric shower was nice and hot with a good pressure. The lounge was spacious and there was a coffee table and a footstool I would suggest replacing the footstool with a coffee table so that it’s next to the other sofa Jamie was helpful and responsive to queries.

This is a very good hotel all clean and comfy beds central to everything so we got around without any distress we wil

It was close to all amenities, restaurants etc all in walking distance. A sea view and right next to the beach

Some rooms had verandas so you could catch the last of the evening sun, ours had large windows we could watch the world go by from the inside which we enjoyed.

Lovely stay hope to return.

The location was lovely near to all amenities noise level was not affected by this. Spacious clean property with free wifi( which kept the kids happy). Staff were friendly and accommodating. Gave us car permit for the duration of our stay. The balcony was a nice touch. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Spacious and 2 bedrooms..

2 single beds in there were not comfortable; need replacing mattresses and head boards. Not a great deal of time for bathroom to dry after one has used the shower…

We would definitely stay here again as it is one of our favourite areas to stay in Bridlington.

Breakfast was not part of our stay but the location was excellent. This was the second time we have stayed in that particular apartment and, although it has been upgraded and modernised it is still a fantastic place to stay and very handy for the town centre. The wifi was also excellent.

A washing up bowl in the kitchen would be appreciated and perhaps a hand towel for the bathroom. My wife thinks maybe a tv in one of the bedrooms would be a good idea.

Brilliant stay 👏

The whole thing perfect the room was spacious and had everything needed for our stay I like the lift which is perfect for my 80year old mom. The bedroom was very clean/bright and big enough to walk around.Jamie was very helpful even after a afternoon/night drinking he came and dropped some batteries off for the tv remote
