Perfectly located , clean apartment with stunning views

This apartment exceeded our exoectations. The view from the lounge and master bedroom was stunning. The location was perfect. (Apartment 4) The apartment is clean and modern. Easy to find loved the keyless entry. Communicatiion was too notch. And instructions were clear. Would absolutely book here again!

There werent any issues at all, we did do a 15 mile hike and found the sofa wasnt all that comfy for trying to relax our aching bones afterwards but honestly thats an us problem! It would be helpful to have some scissors in the cutlery drawer , we cooked for ourselves a few times and scissors would have been handy to get into some og the packaging. But considering price , location and cleanliness its pretty much perfect.

Lovely top floor apartment

The location was great we stayed in the top floor apartment. It was very clean and comfortable.

The kitchen was lacking dishcloth sweeping brush etc., We had to wash the cutlery and mugs before we could use them. The nightclub on the corner was very noisy until the early hours. There were wires hanging down across the lounge window.

Convenient and Central and good decor by Bridlington standards.

We liked that the apartment was spacious, light, central and very clean. Very good and instant communication with host. Also, Thank you for the cookies. Comfortable beds. Very kind cleaner who topped up our soap dispenser and asked if she could help with anything else with a smile.

There was a bit of shouting on Friday night, after the bar closed around the corner. A few touch ups such as a new tray for the shower, I am saying this a Superhost, it obviously didnt bother us but can make the place look more finished. Sometimes it is worth doing, to spend a few bucks.

The apartment was clean although It was a little shabby and could do with a repaint. The chest of draws in One of the bedrooms was very wobbly. No coat hangers.

A very clean and comfortable, well furnished seaview apartment in a good location for all amenities.

We stayed in a first floor two bedroom apartment with a seaview, which was pleasantly furnished, very spacious, well cleaned and comfortable and with efficient, easily controlled central heating which we needed on a couple of nights. The location was central for shops and harbour. An essential parking permit was arranged by a very helpful Francesca before we arrived.

The kitchen area was quite compact but adequate. A light over the area would have been helpful and although plenty of cutlery, plates etc, another small saucepan would have been handy and a pyrex dish or two as because with my dietary problems we ate in.

Firstly, we all enjoyed staying here :) However, there were things that needed attention which I hope will be treated as constructive criticism, because once these are addressed it would be nigh on perfect. Front door banged loud Flat door banged loud Other guests disturbed us with that banging of the doors Internal door handles fell off, from both the main front door and the flat front door We could smell cannabis in our bathroom which came in through the vent Shower sprayed onto the bathroom floor due to the shower screen being too small Parking here was shocking, we luckily found 1 spot but no other spots became available, meaning we couldn't even drive to the shop or we'd lose our spot and have no chance of parking locally again (not the fault of the property, but worth being informed about) Utensils were poor, some were melted and the frying pan which we had to use had rust in it. For the money we paid and what these cost to replace, it's not really acceptable. I mean what's a non stick frying pan these days? 20 quid? Fridge was very small, would only hold food for a day for 3 people. Entrance to the property smelled strongly of urine. This should be cleaned as a matter of urgency for health and safety, as we tread this into the home. Poor decor in bedroom #2, paint missing on wall, pipe boxing broken, just little bits that need attention, otherwise clean and acceptable.

A lovely clean, spacious apartment, and Francesca is an excellent host who is very customer focused.

The location of the property is superb, very close to amenities and shops. The apartment is very spacious indeed, and so comfortable.

There is noise from the local pub, however, that said, we didn't hear noise every night of our stay. In all fairness, having been out all day in the fresh air, it wasn't a problem getting off to sleep anyway, with or without the noise!

great location, Spotlessy clean, modern decor, excellent facilities

The cleanliness, modern decor, furnishings fixtures and fittings were excellent. The views from the apartment were very good. The keyless entrance process was good ( no keys to worry about).

The handle on the living room was loose. The vertical shower rail was loose. Some more cutlery and cooking pans would be helpful.

The carpet strips in the kitchen were a bit sharp at the ends. I was worried about my boys cutting themselves. Covered with a towel so all sorted but probably needs seeing to.

Nice holiday, and apartment. But didn't like the smell of wacky backy every day/night going out and.

It was nice to stay central as I mobility issues. The rooms were very clean,a comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of crockery and utensils. a good shower. Also nice to have a smart TV.

I found the stairs a struggle with having angina, I thought I'd be ok with them. We didn't like the smell of wacky backy on either side of the apartment outside.thats not Francesca's fault. It was very noisy with the music coming from the bars opposite and people going home until 1.45 am ,there was a police car talking to some males outside our bedroom window in the early hours one night, and we could hear a woman talking on her phone until 12.40 am in the next building. The bin in the kitchen was over half full,so we took our rubbish out every morning when we had some. Don't think we'll be staying here again. It was expensive for the area.

Only basic facilities. No dishwasher & old fashioned oven/hob. Shower falling apart. No oven gloves. H & C taps in Kitchen wrong way round !!! Corner pub noisy till late.

Disappointed

Good view of the sea

Parking was difficult, we were unable to park near the property as parking in the streets was open to everyone and we ended leaving the car half a mile away. The ceiling in the living room had a water damaged patch and the paint was peeling off. There was a water leak in the back bedroom that wet the bedside table and pillow on the bed.

Lovely, spacious, and very clean apartments. Really like a home from home. The location was perfect and only a 10 minute walk from the train station. I would not hesitate to stay at Frencesca's, Eden Apartments in the future.

Lacking attention to detail on cleaning and repairs.

Apartment was spacious with a sea view. Location was central. The host was responsive to my request for parking on arrival and on-street parking was made available for the duration of my stay.

Cleanliness was an issue. I had to wash several items (frying pan and cups) before using them, as they had been put away dirty. I would not return for this reason alone. There was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom on arrival, possibly due to a lack of ventilation in the bathroom; the fan did not appear to work. The shower leaked and made a puddle on the floor every time I used it. Was disappointed to see a fairground directly opposite the property on the front, but thankfully it did not appear to be operating while I was there. The property did not meet expectations and I will not be returning.

Lovely apartment in great location for attractions

Very good location for Bridlington attractions and coastal sites. Super comfy beds, quiet apartment, good facilities.

All good! If booking anywhere near Bridlington beach, some people may struggle with the constant calling of nesting kittiwakes/gulls in the area.

The apartment was very central so made it easy to walk to the town centre and the spa. A lovely view of the seafront There was enough space in the apartment for the 3 of us that were staying The kitchen was also well equipped if you were wanting to eat in We also had a parking permit and parking was easy enough . Front door and apartment door were locked with key codes so no keys to carry.. Would stay again

We knew we were in the top apartment which wasn't really a problem for me. My friend has mobility problems so woul prefer a lower apartment as there was a lot of stairs

Central position. Ground floor. Comfortable beds.

Lounge furniture is just a 2seater setee & only other seats available are dining chairs. As only 2 of us, no problem, but if 4 adults wouldn't be ideal really. Worth consideration for that reason!

Excellent location. Very spacious for a family of 4 adults. Would definitely stay again. Would like to thank Francesca for letting us check in early and sorting our car Park arrangements for us. Lovely host.

A couple of the utensils/plates were dirty, as if they hadn’t been washed by previous occupiers. A carving knife was covered in food. The pillows were a little hard personally, but might be ok for other guests.

If you’re fit enough to get to the top floor, this is a fantastic flat at an excellent price.

It was really clean and spacious. Views were fantastic and despite the 67 steps to the flat, we took it as fun to get to top without stopping. Beds were really comfy and decent size and when I stripped the beds, the duvets were lovely and clean.

For me/us as a family, the kitchen lacked basics that we’ve got used to in other properties. I understand that properties provide to their demographic but a mixing bowl, cafeteria and tin foil should be standard.

This is a lovely top floor apartment with great sea views.

The flat was clean, beds were comfortable and the flat was well equipped.

It is located near the amusements so quite noisy during the day but quiet at night.

Super close to everything. Great sea views. Easy to control heating. Very comfy bed slept really well. Kitchen had everything you need. Really nice bonus having a smart tv.
