Would steer clear unless you want breathing problems

Bedrooms full of black mould Bedsheets dirty Could not get hold of property when checked in had to stay for one night booked for a month and was deducted 2 nights fee!

Worst self-catering property we have ever stayed in. Suitable for contractors only.

Leak under the sink was dealt with promptly. Location was good for the places we wanted to visit. The apartment was warm.

The apartments were described as luxury - this is not the case. There was mismatched and broken crockery and a bowl in the cupboard had been used as an ashtray. The cutlery was mismatched and one of the prep knives was broken and rusty. One cupboard door was sticky. The shower tray in the en suite was cracked and very badly repaired. There was no safety mat in the bath or grab handles. Poor quality mattresses. Description said toiletries - there was one handwash in each bathroom. Wardrobe was mostly full of additional duvets and only 4 hangers.

Be very careful when booking this property because I booked an entire two-bedroom apartment alone because there was only this two-bedroom option and I received a visit from friends who came to see me and did not spend more than 30 minutes and they left and the owner knocked on my door accusing and coercing me saying that I had to pay the extra amount for more people in the accommodation, even though no one was sleeping in the accommodation other than me, as I refused to pay he asked me to leave saying he was going to call the police he did not return my money, literally robbed me in other words

Avoid: Stench of raw sewage for 2 weeks. 4 sets of stairs to climb. Hosts toxic gaslighting attitude, said there was no strong sewages smell, even though I had mentioned there was 4 reviews on Booking.com that said there was a strong smell of sewage! Host said we could elave if not happy!

Place is a midden. Mattress in one of the rooms had a huge indent which was terrible to sleep on the other room had dampess over the walls and my daughter has respiratory issues so wasn't great also there was spiders everywhere and millions of old spider webs there's a horrible smell through the full house like sewage. Everywhere just felt dirty couch was full of dirty stains rug was disgusting had to buy our own towels there was no way we were using the ones provided. definitely not luxury as described

Great location. Perfect for 2 couples wanting to be close to the town centre. 2 bathrooms. Comfy sofa.

The apartment smelled of cigarettes the whole 5 weeks we were there. The windows have no safety stops on them so open fully, being on the third floor with children this is a huge safety risk. The fridge is tiny for the number of guests that it advertises can stay here. One of the double beds has a huge hollow dent. Lack of furniture meant we were living out of suitcases and couldn't unpack properly.

Apartment was lovely and very spacious. The area was lovely and well located.

Extremely thin pillows which even 3 in one pillow case still didn't fill it. Also stained and torn. The apartment has 3 double beds. Bedding really needs attention. Considering it sleeps 6, there are only 2 spoons and 1 fork. (Plenty of knives). Very limited crokery. The floors hadn't been either vacuumed or mopped. Skirting boards didn't look like they had been cleaned in months. If these things were addressed, the apartments would be amazing and I would stay again.

The stay was good as we were visiting relatives and wanted our own space.

It was spacious. Location to town was good. On street Parking was available. Walk in shower good.

There was no information in the apartment on things like how to manage the heating. Nothing, not even a welcome letter. The waste bin in the kitchen was open topped which is very unhygienic. I had to buy bin liners and change them daily. There was a good washing machine but no facilities for drying - not even a rack, or clothes horse. No coathangers in the wardrobe. No washing tablets for the dishwasher and no plug for the sink (luckily I travel with one). The beds were not very comfortable. If two people sleep together you roll into the middle. It appeared someone had put thought into the decoration which was pleasant but not into the practical things. Obviously someone had bought the wrong sized sofa so it didn’t face the TV.

Lovely apartment modern good location and host delt with our issues

When we arrived at the property was not cleaned. If we had arrived any later we would have had to find alternative accommodation. The owner was good enough to arrange for the place to be cleaned but it got our stay off to a bad start. Bed in main bedroom needs new mattress bad dip in the middle

Handy location shame it wasn't clean

Apartment was adequate for 4 adults but it would have been uncomfortable for the 9 that it is advertised as being suitable for. Location was good for access to town and free parking was readily available nearby.

Had to ring for the access codes on the morning of our departure despite having sent the requested ID the day before. Entrance to the property was overgrown and untidy, communal stairway had not been cleaned as it had litter in several places on the stairs, towel had some unknown sticky substance still on it, as had one of the double bed sheets. Mattress on another double bed was so bowed in middle it was impossible for two people to sleep on it. No toiletries in bathrooms even although they are mentioned in description.

Dust in every corner. Damp smell from the main bathroom. Hair on the hairdryer. Random tissue. Bedding smelled of cigarettes and perfume! The mattress in the main bedroom has a worn dip in the middle- impossible to sleep on. The overgrown vegetation at the entrance needs trimming. Overall, the place has a great potential but let down by the basic deep clean. Poor wifi and no bulbs was an inconvenience.

The beds are comfy and the apartments are easy to access and arrive at. Convenient location to walk into town.

The wifi which is in the upstairs apartments is the same for downstairs and therefore the signal is not very strong and kept cutting out. You would not be able to work from this apartment. It would be great if each individual apartment has its own wifi.

Good, comfortable, lots of space but with a few annoying details that could’ve easily been fixed ahead of time.

Modern, lots of space and rooms. We were only two people staying there but had 3 queen sized beds and two bathrooms to pick from. It’s an old nursing home that’s been turned into flats and it’s a nice place to stay for a few days.

It wouldn’t surprise me if we were the first people to stay there as the finishing touches on the flat looked very rushed I.e. there were painting marks on the floors, no lightbulbs in any of the lamps apart from ceiling ones, the iron and ironing board were still wrapped, and so on. The Wi-Fi code was wrong but was quickly fixed by the flat attendant on iMessage. I flagged there were no lightbulbs in any of the lamps which we were promised would be fixed the next day but it wasn’t.

After the initial few things that were wrong with the apartment were fixed we really enjoyed our stay and the convenienc

The kitchen and bathrooms were bigger than expected. It was good for us as we had quite a big family xx

The property wasn’t deep cleaned properly before we had got there. We found pistachio nuts full and eaten in the bottom of a vase. A receipt from the previous visitors Burger King shoved to the back of a shelf on the tv unit. No bulbs in any lamp throughout the whole apartment. A used snotty toilet tissue was found in the bedside table in the double bedroom. We also didn’t have any sort of bedding for the sofa bed duvet.

Easy to find, medium walk to town, close to supermarket to take advantage of excellent self catering

Modern, comfortable, stylish new conversion. It will be superb in summer with the outdoor space.

I suggested to the owners to perhaps install a dehumidifier until all the moisture has been driven off from the new plaster. It just made it a little uncomfortable for my arthritis.

Colchones en mal estado, el menaje de la cocina en mal estado y en uno de los apartamentos no había suficientes elementos. En el apartamento 4 no había agua caliente. Rácanos con el papel higiénico, tuvimos que comprar extra.
