The bedding and towels seemed clean

The TV didn’t work The flat was incredibly cold There were multiple stains on the carpets and walls The sink is blocked in the kitchen I was charged £100 more than the advertised price Now I’ve just learned that the security deposit is going to take 14 days to be returned.

Absolutely stank of tobacco smoke in every room !!! Couldn't get access when we arrived because there was no key in the lock box, took over an hour to gain entry. Area is very rough, young kids running about outside till all hours throwing stones and just generally being a nuisance round my van!! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you like to sit on the settee smoking all night!! Horrendous.

Don't trust what you see on the photos, totally dilapidated

Nothing was good about the location, accommodation, cleanliness or facilities I want my money back, came home early, it was supposed to be a family holiday but it turned into a nightmare. Was nothing like the photos, totally dilapidated

comfortable and relaxing

the property was clean and well maintained and the customer support was excellent,they are very helpful. the best part was the balcony. i like the location as well although its a little bit far from Newcastle but it has great public transport option.

We enjoyed visiting Newcastle upon Tyne and the location of the appartment was good

Good location. Size of apartment.

The appartement had British “clean” standard: dirty carpet and outside the building/parking place lots of rubbish: probably British standard. What we really DID NOT LIKE that AFTER confirmation of the booking and payment of the booking with booking.com on August 22, a deposit of £500 ( €604) and all kind of private information, because of that, was requested: a.o. a copy of ID. In order to manage the deposit, £10 was needed. THIS DEPOSIST REQUEST WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE BOOKING.COM INFORMATION!!! Nor the £10 was mentioned in the Booking.com information. Paid on August 22, €604, Return of deposit was Paid on September 12, €561. British £, had meanwhile devalued and the return deposit had a loss of €43. A good thing was that we are slim Persons of light weight, because the legs of the four table-seats were very frail Such Seats must have difficulties with heavy weight persons or such table-Seats collapse.

I would not stay again.

property cleanliness very poor. there was bedding missing for the amount of people booked for. some bedding not clean. only 4 towels provided for family if 6 as per booking. unable to contact anyone via provided channels, message sent through booking.com and response received the following evening, but no resolution, just say they are looking into it. since checking out I have been receiving messages stating that if I left 10 star review I will receive £20 Amazon voucher!! absolutely not a chance would I leave a dishonest review nor would I recommend staying here, particularly with children.

No heating for 1st night. No extra blankets. No dish cloths. No toilet brush. General grubby feel. Awkward parking. Mis-matched and stained crockery.

LEAVE WELL ALONE : I have leukaemia and C.O.P.D On entering property, stinking of dampness which affected me. carpets stained and cigarette burns. Dining chairs stained, drawer in fridge broken. Ice box frozen over, oven in cooker filthy, cobwebs on bathroom ceiling, hole in bedroom wall. Back yard littered with cigarette ends. Complained to letting agency ( luke stays ) . No satisfactory outcome. All I got was apology and team working on it . Pictures and video as proof NOT value for money and poor

The Adress is not Newcastle it's in North Shields . The listing is misleading. I went to 6 front street Newcastle initially and then had to travel.ro 6 Front street North Shields. Very unhelpful

Overpriced and Unclean

The shower was hot. We were able to access ourselves via keysafe.

The place was dirty and smelly. There weren't enough utensils, towels or pillows for the amount of guests. They added a non refundable fee after we had purchased which was not advertised. The garden was unsafe and full of rubble and a collapsed part of the building. Very expensive also. We also found evidence of drug use when we cleaned ourselves. Poor contact with management.
