I think the apartment is a good size and the price was very reasonable for the area that it is in and the fact that there is so much construction and remodeling going on nearby. I really liked how close it was to the metro and yet the noise level in the apartment was still quiet. The place was generally very clean except some of the dishes were not clean. The water pressure and temperature was great. The neighborhood looks a bit rough, but was actually a nicer place than it looks. We felt reasonably comfortable and safe in staying there. The owner was quick to replace the microwave when it started arcing. They also sent the maid back quickly with the towels that were forgotten to be left there.
I wrote a long explanation to the owners about some issues and I suspect that many of them will get corrected before the next tenant has need of them. Generally the apartment is good, but was not set up like they were serious about attracting a good clientele. There were a lot of things that were done "on the cheap". Cheap items still look good in photos, but they wear out fast.

Location, plenty of space within the accommodation to spread out
Unfortunately the sofa in the lounge was rather uncomfortable I think it might need replacing
