Disappointing.

We didn’t get to stay in Crystal Suite 2 although this is what was booked and paid for. I am still waiting for a response from the host.

Good communication, spacious, nicely decorated and homely. Near metro and shops, Liked it wasn't on ground floor and street level.

Good there's a parking bay, but odd how street parking also I'm front of it. More pillows.

Overall great.

Location was good as its central, amenities were all provided, sitting room and kitchen were clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and comfy. All rooms have clearly been recently renovated. We appreciated easy key pick up / drop off system.

Property wise everything we could have needed was provided, the things we didn't like were more about the specifics of location. There were building works happening nearby which we could hear and the area didn't feel safe to walk around, especially at night.

Problems with bank holiday related admin issues resolved quickly.

Random small issues like hot and cold taps in backwards and a bed not fully screwed together.
