Great central location but property badly maintained

Centrally located & within two minutes of bus & train hubs

Front entry door constantly left open resulting in people coming into hallway & talking into early hours & one night at about 1 am they manually set off the fire alarm. It appears other apartments off hallway are long term & add to issues with late night disturbances. Carpet badly needed a clean & also many cigarette burns, furnishing low quality & badly marked or stained, there was only one dinner plate & coffee maker did not work.

clean apartment with most things we needed. self check in was very easy and we appreciated the parking permit being included also.

the hairdryer was missing but as it was in the inventory, I didn’t pack one. This was the only downside.

Home from home amenities. Closed in patio area with double doors, would be lovely on a summers evening. Plenty of shops and food places close by. Felt secure even though in a shared building. Shared entrance clean and tidy.

I thought I'd booked a 2 bedroom,my receipt said 2 bedrooms but they had a receipt saying 1 bedroom. If you need a 2 bedroom then worth emailing first to clarify what your booking. There was an empty cider bottle in bedroom drawer but unsure how it was missed as the rest of the apartment was clean. Could do with some new pans in kitchen There is a washer and tumbler available but someone's things were left in the drier and so we couldn't use it. Bit unusual to have to go right round the back of the building for the key to come back around the front,wouldn't suggest arriving in the dark and doing this,understand the reason as the area didnt appear to be the best but we kept ourselves to ourselves and had no problems

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and fully stocked with everything needed for a stay. I'd definitely stay again should I ever be in that area.

The Wi-Fi signal was weak due to where the router was positioned downstairs by the front entrance, and constantly dropped off. That made it quite difficult to work, and I had to go to a local café instead. A Wi-Fi extender plugged in on the upstairs landing would fix that.

Location close to metro and easy to access everywhere. Cleanliness very good. Appropriately furnished. Parking permit supplied.

Small. Location of fridge, awkward around the other side of sofa. Key box not easy to access. Instructions should read ‘with your back to the front door, walk left to the main road and then left again into a passageway just before the carpet shop. Before the passageway turns a right corner you will find key boxes in the wall on your left’
