De communicatie vooraf en aan het einde van het verblijf was uitstekend; het gaf een heel warm en welkom gevoel. De accomodatie is super netjes en comfortabel - je zit rustig en relaxed en hebt alles bij de hand wat je nodig hebt. In alles voel je de gastvrijheid en aandacht voor een ontspannen verblijf.
Er is niets dat beter had gekund.

Great location only a few minutes walk to the metro and a pub, bistro and shop across the road. The apartment was super clean, comfortable and warm. Great communication overall too. Will definitely look into booking this place again when I come back to Newcastle.
Beds were a little uncomfortable but that's more a personal preference. Nothing really to complain about.

Location was convenient & close to family a street away. Comfortable with good facilities.
Kitchen appliances, in particular the fridge freezer seal, were rather dirty. A few more cooking utensils would be helpful too.

Very clean and spacious. Great host, who answered questions etc very quickly. A lovely place to stay
The road noise with windows open is a bit disruptive when sleeping. But otherwise nothing to complain about šŸ˜
