Very good location with ample free parking, roomy apartment, well equipped kitchen and nice little extras- tea, coffee, biscuits and selection of toiletries.
Five minute walk to Cullercoats Bay and five minutes (in the other direction) to Cullercoats metro station.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and we had ample towels for our stay.
Plenty big enough for 4-5 people.
Lots of nice little touches.
For 4 of us, there was a 3 seater sofa and an ikea style chair - it would be more comfortable to replace both with a large "L shape" sofa or two smaller sofas.
You can't watch "live" TV, so you can only watch Netflix, Prime etc.
There is no storage in the 3rd bedroom.
Its a gorgeous apartment with lots of nice little touches, but, it needs a few licks of paint here and there and the carpet in the lounge needs a good clean or a rug to hide marks.

The apartment was lovely, good location and very well equipped. Very nicely furnished and beds comfortable.
We we're fine with this but there's a fairly steep staircase up to it. My mum would probably struggle here in a few more years. Needs a anti slip matt in bath and fir the disposal of rubbish to be easier out of back door.

Apartment in a nice quiet area close to local shops and public transport. Apartment Spacious very well equipped and welcoming also very clean & tidy. Comfortable bed and seating. Very helpful Host easy to contact if needed.
Not able to watch TV without internet.

Location
The property is in need of some updating; there was a nail sticking out of the landing carpet and some of the lights didn’t work.
