Good location - shop, cafes, beach and Metro station all nearby. The flat was comfortable and warm. The kitchen was good.
Anyone who is fussy about decor might feel that flat needs a lick of paint here and there. It did not bother us.

It was very clean , comfortable and homely. I loved the fact that they provided tea, coffee and sugar a lovely touch !

The property was very comfy - home from home. Everything had been thought of - plenty of coat hooks even hooks on every door, sufficient places to hang wet towels and a well equipped kitchen.
When putting out the rubbish in the bin at the back of the property, be careful because the steps are very slippery when wet.
