A gem

A real little find across from a lovely bay. Andrew communicated brilliantly and in detail and told us it would be ready ahead of time if we wished to check in early. As it happened we arrived quite late and when we had some difficulty in finding the instructions to get in, he responded immediately on calling and resolved the issue promptly. Inside the apartment was lovely, warm, clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor which was quite a climb but the bannisters were sturdy and if anyone had mobility issues, there wasn't a lift but there were stair lifts on all the flights of stairs. Maybe not to the very top but definitely the first 2 flights. Nice touch of milk in the fridge, caff and decaff tea and coffee and a packet of oaties biscuits. The kitchen was well appointed with fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The living room had a dining area with comfy chairs and binoculars for gazing across the waves. We hope to come back again if we're in the area to stay and swim in the lovely little bay of Cullercoats

Nothing we didn't like but a little warning about the stairs, whilst very sturdy, are a little steep and the treads slightly narrow. I've just got new knees but they would have been tricky previously.

Pleasant for a short stay

Spotlessly clean. A lot of thought had been put into the property with new bathroom and kitchen fit outs and appliances. High ceilings.

We had an enjoyable stay

The location was ideal for our purposes. Andrew onsite helped us in with luggage and had put the heating on so the apartment was already nice and warm - in such cold weather.

5 Star Perfection

Absolutely lovely accommodation. Our apartment had everything and more. The little touches like buckets and spades, tea/coffee/biscuits etc were great. It had everything we needed for a last minute trip away. The bed was huge and super comfortable with a pull out bed also available. The host was great, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely book again.

A great overnight stay at a 'home from home' property.

The location was spot on for our needs and the facilities plentiful. Coffee, Tea, milk and biscuits had been left for us which was a lovely touch.

The decor is a bit dated but that said, was clean and comfortable.

Fine weather and accommodation in Cullercoats

We both slept well on a large, comfortable bed. There was very little noise either from inside or outside the building. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and we particularly liked the easy operation of the shower. The kitchen was well-appointed with good facilities for cooking and storing food. The location on the promenade was excellent, both for access to the beach and nearby restaurants and cafes.

We were very happy with all aspects of the stay.

Exceptional views and location.

Amazing location and exceptional views. We even saw a podcast of dolphins in Cullercoats Bay from the property.

A very convenient location but rather overpriced, However, there were electric car chargers near by

Location was good, the apartment was clean, lots of kitchen equipment was provided and we were able to do the things we wanted to in Newcastle and the surrounding area. Lots of opportunities for walking which was great. There was a Coop within easy walking distance. The weather was really great during our stay, hot and sunny.

Thought the accommodation was over priced for what you get. The apartment decor seemed rather dated.

Grreat compact apartment, perfect location with everything you need in walking distance

Beautiful location, right on the esplanade. I thought parking would be an issue, but it was fine and we managed to get a spot each afternon, right out front. The bathroom had been recently renovated in a compact 1 bedroom apartment. It has everything to self cater, although the kitchen is tad small, but we managed. The property manager Andrew was friendly and very professional. We enjoyed our 2 nights and would highly recommend this stay.

Great views and great location

The location is great - amazing views of the sea, you can see right to Tynmouth! Comfortable beds and nice and quiet. The owner is very communicative and helpful. Good also to have coffee, tea, milk and biscuits as well.

We were in apartment 5, and there are quite a fee steps up to it - 4 flights of stairs. 2 of them have stair lifts, which makes it a bit more challenging lugging the suitcase past etc.

This apartment was fully equipped, very clean and the bed was amazingly comfy. We stayed in apartment 1B which was much larger than it looks. This really was a home from home. The coffee, tea , milk and biscuits were a really nice touch too.

An enjoyable week with plenty to see and do.

The view was always interesting, owner very helpful, ideal location for beach, walks and metro if you want to travel. Easy provision of a parking permit so we could park nearby. with a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits. The apartment and bedroom were quiet given the coast road at the front. Toiletries in the shower/bathroom and good length extension leads. Good range of TV channels via fire stick wifi.

It was a bit snug passing the double bed (2 x 3ft singles linked) to get to the bathroom. Mobile phone signal weak but good free wifi in apartment.
