Location was great…very close walking distance to beach and Cullercoats . Just as described and photographed on the website. Easy free on road parking. Good communication with the host.

I thought I had filled in all the relevant emails before setting off from home, but it turned out I had not completed the deposit form, so the key code details were not sent to me. I had to chase for these, on our way to the property. Annoying that no one followed this up with me.
Whilst the kitchen was well laid out, and there was plenty of crockery and china, it wasn't that well equipped - there were no traybake dishes or a measuring jug. The oven shelves were really dirty and the frying pans were incredibly greasy. In the bathroom the cold tap twisted every time you turned it. It was a bit dark in the lounge and could do with another lamp. It would have been nice to have been left a fresh pint of milk in the fridge on arrival.

Goof communication with the host and very responsive. The flat was lovely and comfy and in a good location.
