Flat 5 Minutes From The Beach - Street Parking

The Property was well equipped, clean and had every thing and more you need for a break. Parking was good. Location was great beaches very near. Good shopping, coffee bars etc within walking distance.

Outside space not too appealing, but you are so close to beach it wasn't a problem. Didn't have enough time spent at the property.

Perfect location for all amenities. Property was home from home with everything you need for self-catering break. Rooms and the decor was lovely. The living room was comfortable and perfect for relaxing in the evening with lovely throws provided if it gets chilly. (We didn’t need them as the weather was warm but all the same a lovely touch if they were needed) Check in instructions were easy to follow. Contact with Adrian and Martyn throughout the stay was excellent and quick responses received.

There was nothing we didn’t like, however I would suggest a stool is provided that could be used to open and close the windows. They were open on arrival and stayed open due to the warm weather, but if we did want to close them we couldn’t reach. Adrian was great though and said to let him know if we did need assistance closing the windows. The other suggestion would be to provide a shower mat as the shower tray was quite slippy for my elderly mum. We chose this property because of the the walk in shower. My mum managed by putting down a towel to stand on. Neither of the above impacted on our stay which was excellent, but thought it worth mentioning for consideration.

Location, close to local facilities, the Metro and the seafront. Well stocked CoOp very close by. Would recommend Cullercoats Coffee Company coffeeshop, Beaches & Cream café and The Salthouse Restaurant. Quiet residential street and spotlessly clean flat.

Unfortunately there were a few issues at the start of my stay which were the sort of things that should’ve been picked up by maintenance inspections, such as some slightly loose switches and sockets, the wonky cold tap in the bathroom and the water able to escape from the shower tray. The television was also faulty. Fortunately the agents were always very helpful and quick to respond to emails and have said that they will address the issues that I raised with them which is good to hear. The television was replaced within a few days and works perfectly. It is worth noting that the rear stairs out to the bins are particularly steep and could be improved by the introduction of a handrail.

Nice spot. Bigger than I needed for one person. Will likely be back
