Close proximity to the beach, master bedroom decor was very nice. Bathroom was lovely. Property was clean. Comms with the Host was quick and easy. Decent location to shops, food, drinks and walks.
Only minor to us but seemed that the property was undergoing some renovation so expect a mish-mash of quality: some tired paintwork, no carpet on the stairs to the back garden. Spare bedroom felt a bit of an afterthought.
Street parking is a bit of a free-for-all but it's workable. You won't get the same place twice without being creative!

Location was perfect- right by the beach and shops.
Some lovely cafes and bakery very close by
Coop just around the corner to get every day items
Flat was spacious
Shower leaked (have pointed this out to the company to fix)

Easy and enjoyable walk into Whitley Bay. Peaceful locatio and friendly neighbour.
Master bedroom was a lovely naturally well lit space.
Bit of a struggle to log into TV - probably an age thing! Some written instructions could help.

Good position near the sea front, easy access to Whitley Bay and Tynemouth
Very tired, chipped woodwork and walls, screws coming out of light switches, peeling ceiling in kitchen, chipped crockery, broken light fitting. Cleanliness was not good…thick dust on skirting boards, sand in the bath, dust everywhere.
Deposit waiver of £60 is not necessary as you would never know if damage had occurred!
We have submitted photos are awaiting a response…think we might wait a long time!!
