Excellent.

Clean throughout. Comfortable bedrooms and en suites. Nice large living/dining area.

Small things - We tend to cook at home and found just one oven tray insufficient. Pan sizes small, medium, large required. Sets of glasses incomplete. No hanging space in second bedroom.

Beautiful cottage on a spectacular stretch of coast

Beautiful cottage with a supremely comfortable bed. The huge upstairs bedroom with en-suite bathroom was very calm and relaxing. Great kitchen and living area meant we could enjoy meals at home as well as the lovely food options nearby. The location is ideal - beach is 3 minutes walk away and the house is equidistant between Tynemouth and Whitley Bay, each with good bars, beaches and independent shops. Vikki was a most welcoming host, giving good recommendations and a lovely welcome pack

Great holiday home

Property offers two good sized bedrooms and decent living space. The kitchen has everything you need for a stay. I like the fact that you can park your car close to the property in a residents parking space. Showers worked well with really nice soap/shampoo provided. Nice to be given milk,juice,fudge as welcome gifts. Nice to see some coffee pods for the machine. Vikki the host was lovely and very accommodating. Great location for this part of the coast and Newcastle

Relaxed and re-energized after our stay at this beautiful cottage!

The cottage is spotlessly clean and decorated very tastefully. Everything you could possibly need is here. The little touches make it feel very special such as the welcome message and the locally made fudge. The beds are super comfy and the shower is excellent. This is my absolute favourite air B&B and I stay in lots.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed our stay in this high-quality, beautiful cottage, which has been renovated in an exceptional manner. The location is ideal, with glorious sandy beaches minutes away and just a short stroll to Whitley Bay and Tynemouth. The Metro's very handy for Newcastle (The Biscuit Factory is a 'must go' experience) and exploring other local areas. We went to the theatre at the Customs House in South Shields (a hop across on the ferry). 'Dirty Dusting' was a laugh a minute! :)) We were so lucky with the weather and also able to enjoy the friendly beach bars which have a great vibe and live music.

Perfect - we’ll be back!

Everything!!! The quality of fixtures and fittings along with attention to detail was fantastic! We found the cottage very welcoming and comfortable for our three night stay. Great location within minutes of the beach, eateries etc. We would love to visit again. the host was great and couldn’t do enough to help. Thank you
