This is a lovely apartment in a great location. It is spacious with good facilities such as ironing board, washing machine, coffee machine, throws, tea, coffee etc.
The bed was very comfortable and there was a huge amount of storage.
It was really warm & cosy during the recent snow and ice.
The small back yard is ideal for dogs.
The kitchen & bathroom were really nice and when we had an issue with the shower thermostat, Raymond and his team responded immediately and a whole new shower was installed!!
The customer service has been excellent throughout and we will definitely book here again and also check out their other accommodations.
It would be nice if there was a rug in the bedroom to make it more cosy, and I do prefer for there to be curtains as well as blinds on a bedroom window, especially when you are on the ground floor at the front of a property.

A little mould and smell in the kitchen. Noise from upstairs.

This is an amazing house & location. Host very good communication & helpful. Perfect pet accommodation with high walled private outside section for dog to run around safely. Would def b back if mattresses replaced. It’s the only thing that would prevent us returning.
Beds very uncomfortable. Back room slightly better.
