exactly as described and plenty of space in the property.
location works V well if oyu know what you want in the area.
maybe a few basic provisions (more coffee pods, milk and a loaf) as a welcome pack?
A suggestion to promote the area, (which i already knew about maybe for less familiar)...... you could promote some of the indepenedent cafes, bars and shops. they are dotted around but easy to miss if you dont know the high street.

It was so spacious and was a brilliant location to meet up with my grown up children one who lives in York and one in Newcastle . So close to the beach and the fish shop at the top of the road was outstanding
The only “dislike “ of there was one was no hand rail in the bath but isn’t an issue if you are able bodied , I had my 80 year old mum with us but we made it work
