Would stay again!

High ceilings large spacious rooms and great location walking distance to the park, and to tynemouth.

Main Bathroom downstairs only negative.

Loved our stay just as it stated in pictures ect

No breakfast the house was central , clean had everything we required , short walk to lovely park Easy walk to centre, beach etc

Toilet was downstairs but that’s just a little inconvenience

Everything about the property great, toilet downstairs was my mistake not looking!!

Very clean, good location, beds comfortable and host very friendly.

Didn’t appreciate only one toilet downstairs, my fault, should have looked. Trips to the loo in the night but of a trek!

Very uncomfortable pillows Duvet too heavy No bins around the house Cleaning of the inside of cupboards needs done after each visit Cleaning of kitchen handles, doors, and fridge poor Same with back door, light switches Would have been nice if back garden area was swept, weeded and maybe some plants or flowers would make it more attractive. Coasters needed in living room Tea towel stained. Only 1 hand towel for 4 people to share. Plug hole in bath full of hair.

Comfortable stay in a great location!

We had such a lovely stay in this house. There was plenty of room for my family of 4 and 1 dog. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which I really appreciate as a person with back trouble. The location is lovely, just across from the beautiful park, and only a short walk to the centre and the beach. Raymond was the perfect host and kept us up to date with any information needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we are next visiting!

Great place for a family and dog in a lovely area.

Very well equipped. Felt like a home. Recently refurbished - everything like the mattresses seemed brand new. Very well done. Great location - walking distance into Tynemouth, the beach, nice parks etc. Perfect for visiting with a dog. Good communication with Raymond.

Outstanding! happy to recommend

Amazing stay !.. one of the best properties we have been in. Immaculately clean. Looks like its newly refurbished, so everything was in great condition. Bright, modern, lovely dining room, nice outdoor space to sit also. Super location, couple mins walk into Tynemouth. Lovely little pub at the end of the street and an amazing chinese take away a hundred yards away!. Super quick wifi and a new smart tv was a nice feature. Host was fantastic, provided us nice easy check in guidance, house was lovely and warm on arrival, basic supplies like tea and coffee was a nice touch with some biscuits also !.. Comfortable beds (new i think).. ward and cosy, could not fault the property at all, we will definitely be back here it ticks all the boxes, super value for the money !
