Location and layout
Lots of dead black flies especially in the bedrooms, on the bedding, window sills and floor. All the windows had been left open and clearly it must have been a while since anyone was in the property to account for the sheer number of dead flies compared to the number still flying around. It took us 20 minutes to sweep them all up. Only one hand towel between 6 guests is unacceptable

Location was great as we have family about 15 mins walk away
Beds were pretty soft & we did not sleep well. This is partly because of the hot weather & our own firm bed preferences.
