Both good and bad

Good location to walk into Tyneside and a big beautiful park for dog walking and strolling plus a cafe and toilets, we went in most days at some point. Property inside was very clean , the rooms were tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped . Bonus of toiletries in bathroom .

Biggest problem was no furniture in two bedrooms other than beds and small bedside tables . My suitcase and clothes were on the landing until I decided to use the spare room, not ideal after my recent hip replacement but not ideal for any visitor in honesty, luckily only two of us using flat. There was no street appeal , just needs weeding and the door painting . The patio was in fact a scruffy backyard with no seating , disappointing as we’re looking forward to sitting out there in the sunny evenings .

Only one bathroom. Not a problem for me as I was just there with my dogs but an en-suite in main bedroom would be nice.

hoping this feedback is taken positively and is useful. main double room has no blackout blinds and street light outside so light all night and from sunrise gets brighter. slept til 6 Kitchen and bathroom could do with a deep clean. on arrival toenail on bathroom floor and hairs in bath. pasta on floor next to bin, oven dirty (no grill pan) and cocoa pops and cornflakes stuck in placemats! grubby. noisy neighbours- party next door Friday night til 7:11 am Sat morning. noisy road.

Great first floor apartment from which Tynemouth and North Shields are easily accessible.

Clean, tidy, nicely decorated and very well equipped

The only area that would benefit from a bit of a refresh is the bathroom.

A comfortable and convenient apartment, perfect for our needs.

Good communication from Sofia prior to our stay. Excellent location for visiting family in the area, Tynemouth, Whitley Bay, the Northumberland coast and Newcastle city. Property very clean, simply and comfortably furnished. Comfortable bed and lovely fresh bed linen. Plenty of hot water and efficient heating system. Kitchen very well equipped with appliances, crockery, utensils and household items.

The frontage to the property and the small rear yard could do with some attention. Steep stairs to access the first floor flat and to get down to the rear yard. Last 2 concrete steps into the yard narrow and quite slippery which was a little unnerving especially when carrying our small dog who couldn't manage the stairs.

A very nice, comfy property that looked after our group of 8 (3 generations) and 1 dog.

Decent sized rooms, comfy beds and they allowed our dog to stay. Overall a nice place for our family trip.

With 8 of us staying we could have done with more than one bathroom.
