Hamish was perfect for us! It is in walking distance to Tynemouth centre and the market as well as visiting our family, so was able to leave car on the side of the road near apartment all weekend. The facilities are great, there is everything you need. There is a pub opposite Hamish-The Gunner- plus a restaurant under the property with a local shop too, ideal if you just want to pop out.
Can get a little noisy at night up until 12 from the restaurant below but this is to be excepted at the weekend.

The amount of space and the kitchen facilities. The shower was very powerful.
The toilet was in a very small room which was quite cold. The beds both had bottom boards which meant my husband, who is taller, found it quite uncomfortable as he could not lie straight out.

Lovely flat, ideal location for my needs. Parking could be hit and miss if arriving late.
Although the flat is lovely the blue in every room is a little bit to much.

Value for money. It had all equipment and facilities needed.
The location is not Tynemouth! It is North Shields, which we were aware of so no problem for us, but it may be for others who think they are staying in Tynemouth. The property was very dark due to everywhere being painted purple. Even with lights on it was very dark and slightly oppressive.
