The accommodation was fine,we just had a small problem with the heating.

It was close to the train and bus stations and handy for the shops.

Flat in North Shields

A nice flat central. Decor was well thought out and the lounge was comfortable. The bed was extremely soft which could go either way.

The shower was awful and the door to the bedroom didn't shut and swung open to as wide as it could go.

Unpleasant stay property below acceptable levels of cleanliness

Good responsive host initially and location.

Very poor level of cleanliness all over property but mainly in kitchen. Pans full of dirt and grease should have been thrown away and replaced. Utensils broken. No lid on bin in kitchen Cobwebs throughout property, front door cracked- only a couple of bulbs in ceiling lights in hall and living room. False advertising as mentioned garden but it’s purely a yard with single chair in bad condition. Plastic chairs available/bbq not easily accessible and plastic chairs dirty. On arrival we were promised basic amenities- coffee nothing in pot. After unpleasant stay we notified the owner showing all photos that illustrate the issues we faced but unfortunately the owner was very dismissive.

We had a lovely stay

Accessibility. It’s just a few steps away from the transport hub and the Metro. Well designed property. Quick response time from the property manager.

Just need a garbage bin inside the toilet.
