Location very good for transport and also shops etc .was surprisingly quiet too after 8pm.bit noisy during the day but that's only to be expected

Maybe a better shower in the property. Didn't bother me that much because I was visiting friends so they had facilities i could use. But generally a more modern shower would be good. Felt like 1980s bed and breakfast in Blackpool.!

Location was perfect for us, directly opposite the bus station and minute walk from metro and great range of shops, very close by - pubs and restaurants too - (Definitely go to The Uncommon!!! - fantastic place with superb food, cocktails and music). Was comfortable and spacious place for the two of us and was good value for money compared to others locally. Host was quick to respond, courteous and helpful.

Kitchen lacked good cleaning, cooker, cooker hood and freezer were dirty and kitchen generally had very basic and not all essentials. No cleaning kit. Front door entrance was a big step over, which might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. Electricity went off due to overload we think, toaster, kettle and tv on at same time. Fuse box difficult to reach as high up by front door. On arrival we only had one bath and one hand towel for two people, 3 nights - although host had someone deliver another set and a hairdryer quickly to us the next morning- Only one key to the property, whereas two keys would have been ideal as we were going in and out, sometimes at different times. View out back to courtyard was disgrace, such a shame as basic cleaning and a coat of paint would make it a lovely seating area for the apartment, although I think its shared with upstairs people. First impressions were good, neat and tidy closer inspection, the place lacks some good TLC and some of the workmanship is shoddy - a little more simple care and attention to detail and a little upgrade of things would make it a great place to stay for a few days or a few weeks as someone working locally did, I believe
