Easy parking and access, lovely bedrooms. Decorated nicely.

Not enough cutlery for all of us. Snail trails on the carpet in the living room and tape holding the stair carpet together.

Good value for money. The beds were comfy, the location was great. Use of washing machine came in handy. Home away from home.

It was a little dusty and the toilet leaks around the base. There was no plug for the bath so unable to use. Would be good to have a guest book so guests can write a review in there as well as online.

Free WiFi TV had netflix, iplayer, YouTube, prime Although advert says its an apartment, its actually a two bedroom house with a small garden. Neighbours were quiet Shops like Tesco, b&m, mcdonalds all close by

Advert advertises a two bedroom apartment, then in description says its one bedroom with two single beds. This is actually a two bedroom house with a king-size bed, a double bed and a single bed, although this is a positive, the confusion set me up to worry about my stay ahead, especially after seeing such negative reviews. When questioned about the negative reviews I was told to ignore them and "relax and enjoy your stay" When asked if the issues had been fixed the reply was a short, one word response, "fixed" this led me to worry more. On arrival, access to the property was easy and exactly how it was described. Walking in, there was a musty smell and then the smell of cheap air freshener to cover it up, which lingered during the stay. A "good" attempt at cleaning was clearly made, but not everywhere, the cooker was still covered in grease on the front, crumbs in the kitchen drawers, old Stains, which i hope we're drinks" on the sofas. Carpet was held together in several places with duct tape. Skirting board in the kitchen loose and a few inches away from the wall. Taps in the kitchen were temperamental, fridge had a funny smell to it too. Shower is dated and weak Bathroom wasn't the cleanest ive encountered Black mould in corners that were clearly hard to reach when wiping off, but with a proper mould treatment, would be easily fixed. A new paint job, more than one coat of paint, would do wonders for the place with a lot of marks on the walls. Beds are old and uncomfortable and although bedding seemed washed and clean, they were not fresh. I had to change my pillow several times as it was difficult to sleep with the smell of another blokes sweaty head.
