A very convent and practical place to stay

The apartment is located next to the Transport Hub with both Metro and buses. There is an ASDA and other supermarkets less than 5 minutes walk. Gregs and Costa for breakfast, The apartment was comfortable and had reasonable wifi The shower work ok and there was a bath. The kitchen was OK but not a lot of crockery It is about 15 walk to Fish Key and another 15 minutes to Tynemouth. Both have good places to eat

Our apartment was on the ground floor and the windows open directly on the street which is a bit of a problem for ventilation because of security - there was a window on to 2metre by 2 metre internal court yard which provide enough ventilation in cool weather. Being on the ground floor meant we kept the curtains draw most of the time. There are no views or useful outside space but it is very convient.

Exceptional

Everything! The location was perfect with shops close by and the property is easy to find, with parking at the property with your own designated bay. The apartment itself (suite 4) was amazing and cleanliness immaculate! We had a slight issue with the key on arrival as we didn't receive the correct info, but this was not a problem. I called the host (Tosin) and he couldn't have been more helpful and helped us with access immediately. He also informed us that the TV had to be replaced, not that this was a major issue for us anyway, but he replaced it in a couple of hours. A really fantastic host who obviously cares about his guests. I visit this area every year and without doubt would chose to stay here all the time - if it's free? A splendid weekend. I would 100% recommend!!!!
