The location was geographically spot on. Only a short walk down to the beachfront or to the shopping district, and loads of choice as far as eating and drinking establishments. Needed to contact the hosts with a query after arriving a bit later than planned, and they answered my call and sorted my issue within a few minutes.

The flat boders on to a busy pub with live music on the weekend, so Friday night we had a (really good) Fleetwood Mac cover singer, and Saturday there was a wedding reception that went on until 12. The room at the front of the property is right next to the pub so no getting away from it, the room in the back of the flat was a bit quieter so we put the kids in there. None of it was a huge bother, but worth noting in case it may affect someone's decision.

It was very clean and even though we are next to the pub we didn’t hear any noise the beds were so comfy and we asked for late check out witch was also given

There wasn’t anything to not like

It had enough beds for myself children and me

The main door is ridiculous, you can’t close it without waking up other guests. The kick boards in the kitchen were loose the dust and stains in bedding. Not to mention the shower room
