The apartment was great and for the most part, communication/amenities were great

I really liked that the property was safe and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and I had everything I needed for my stay.

I didn't like being accused of having additional guests. When the cleaner saw that my children came to visit for an hour instead of asking reported me to the host. Which was particularly hurtful as I was only in the property because of a breakup and only got to spend a small amount of time with my children.

Perfect little hideaway in the perfect location for that area.

Loved the layout. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in. Even took a picture of the brand. Good location right by a pub so not far to walk home.

Had a slight leaking issue from the above apartment. Called the maintenance man and he came round straight away and sorted it out. Only very minor criticism I had was the way the kitchen bottom cupboards opened. Having a partner who’s a kitchen fitter pointed that out straight away. The side the doors open makes it very hard to get stuff in and out. Other than that it was great.

Cozy Clean Place Walkable to the Beach

The place was nicely furnished and decorated. The self check-in was easy. The place was very clean with all necessary amenities including a portable air conditioner, a smart TV, towels and shampoo. We confidently used the towels as they felt immaculate. It was funny how many doors the apartment had inside (we counted 8). The kitchen had oven, microwave and all types of dishes to make meals and eat together around the table. The location was good, close to the beach and near the cute city Saltburn (15 min drive) with its stunning cliff views. Tips: -Please put salt and pepper in the kitchen as well -You can remove the kitchen wall making the apartment feel a lot more spacious and the kitchen feeling more open.

- It is better if the apartment has two toilets. Now with only one toilet near the shower, when someone is taking a bath, the other guests cannot use the toilet. - The kitchen feels a bit closed, please see the tip above. - The fecade of the building is a bit discouraging at first but when you go inside it is nice.

Decent flat for a stay in Redcar

Nice flat between the railway station and beach. Decent size, everything clean and tidy. Decent shower. Helpful hosts. Quiet locationl albeit next to the pub!

Nothing significant. You wouldn't go there for the view though. And the shower door didn't seem to fit quite properly. Kitchen definitely on the compact size.

Lovely place to stay in Redcar

Nice and spacious apartment, all facilities you would need including shower gel, shampoo etc. Hosts went above and beyond for check in and also for my partners birthday.

Whilst it is lovely, I do find it was a little expensive for the location.

Great, but could easily be excellent!

Great communication, great location and free easy parking. Large apartment, tastefully furnished with nice thoughtful additions like, fan in the bedroom, free beers in the fridge and Border biscuits (My favourite 😍) So thank you. We had an enjoyable stay.

Apartment is clean hygiene wise (Bathroom, sofas, linens etc) However not in terms of finer details eg; high level cleaning, cobwebs /dust, especially in bathroom. Large stain on the front window blind (likely water stain from window previously being left open in the rain) Smears on shiny kitchen cupboard doors, and one broken panel just laid down flat instead of repairing it. A few wall dents / old screw holes look unsightly along with cables hanging from TV. This may sound overly critical, but feel it must be noted at this price point. We have stayed in many similar priced offerings that haven't left those small details overlooked. It's a shame, as we enjoyed our stay here and generally they're cheap and easy things to put right...eg: feather duster, kitchen cupboard clips, wall filler, tin of white paint and a can of fabric cleaner. This apartment will still be acceptable for many, but for us, as is, the day rate was priced a little high on this occasion.

Cosy apartment

Lovely comfortable spacious apartment in centre of town. Had tea and coffee etc also had a couple of pale ales in the fridge if you like them which was a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows. We also had a fan in the apartment which was ideal as the weather it was hot while we were staying there.

There was a few dust and cobwebs with spiders on the walls and down the side of the sink in the bathroom that was missed when cleaning the property. Could also do with a shelf near the mirror in the bedroom for when you are doing hair so you don’t damage the carpet.

A really comfortable stay with everything we needed

It was comfortable and fulfilled our needs. There was plenty of things supplied for our use (coffee, including filter, full kitchen, laundry detergent and fabric conditioner...)

The sofa bed when as a sofa wasn't the most comfortable but it had the advantage of being a spare bed

The apartment was very clean. Good central location. Easy check in. Very quiet. Beer left in the fridge and tea/coffee/biscuits is a nice welcome.

We were in apartment two. Bathroom blind was broken on arrival. Paintwork looking a little tired. Sofabed a little dirty.

Great location, a neatly presented comfy apartment. Amazing value.

Great location, nicely furnished and decorated, comfy beds. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, and a nice big fridge/freezer. No dramas getting the keys.

Check out time was a bit too early. Lock on bathroom door didn't work. Shower cubicle door missing seal strip on the bottom edge, causing water to flood out onto the bathroom floor every time anybody had a shower.

The place was comfortable with a few minor issues

The beds were very comfortable, the TV was big and high quality, the kitchen was very well equipped, and it was very clean. It was also surprisingly quiet given that we were next door to a pub. When I had problems with the property, the staff were very quick to respond. We also got some complimentary ale and a generous amount of tea and complimentary biscuits, which was a really nice gesture.

There was evidence of damp on the walls of the bedroom, there was a missing tile in the bathroom, damage was done to the wall (I’m guessing another visitor had done this before we arrived) through the door handle, and there were marks on the walls. We also had issues getting in and out of the property - the front door was very stiff. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable, either.

Second time at this apartment. Lovely, spacious, clean, well equipped. Good location for the work I was doing, and near the sea front for a nice walk after work.

Lock on the door to the flat is loose and could do with securing. Didn't affect the security of the property.

Son was getting married, daughter and son in law stayed with us. All very good.

Great location, have stayed before in a 1 bed apartment, this was the two bed apartment and it was fine. Very comfy beds which were changes and clean towels after 1 week.

Blinds in the bedroom are ok, but we were in hte east facing room at the back of the property and they were inadequate at keeping the sunlight out. Small bathroom, but it worked out fine.

Great roomy apartment

Great roomy apartment with the added bonus of a washing machine. Excellent location with a pub right next door. Comfortable bed and a quiet neighbourhood.

Couch really uncomfortable, but as it was a sofa bed we pulled it out and sat on that. Apartment smelt of cigarette smoke and there was a pile of butts outside the door leading to the outdoor space :(

Fabulous accommodation which is just yards away from the beach and town centre and train station.

This was our 2nd stay at this accommodation. The place is clean, comfy and fully equipped with everything you need. Love the complimentary beers in the fridge upon arrival. Considering its right next door to a pub, the bedrooms are exceptionally quiet and the bed is so comfortable. There is always plenty of parking space. Looking forward to returning again.
