Stableside at York Racecourse

there was enough parking, staff was excellent, breakfast could have been better, there was no Croissants second day for the kids to have, they can improve on there bakery items at breakfast, overall good experience..

Very pleasant staff throughout. Clean room and facilities. Convenient parking, WiFi worked fine.

Great location for visiting York (get the number 4 bus from outside the Cross Keys pub). The room was nicely decorated and clean with tea and coffee facilties, but a bit on the small side for a family of 4 and a dog, with no storage. But it was fine for a couple of nights for the price we paid. We had breakfast on one morning and it was really nice and good value. All the staff were helpful and friendly, and if we needed anything such as a hairdryer, they supplied it straight away.
