We had a very nice stay here and would probably stay again if in the area.

Very clean, quite spacious apartment, with comfortable settee and bed. The fittings were of high quality, the bathroom a good size and most things worked well.

Very cold on arrival and took a few hours to warm up. The over bath shower could have done with a handle to steady getting out and we couldn't fathom how to get the oven working, which looked very new and never been used. These criticisms are small and did not affect our enjoyment of our stay.

Lovely little place that was clean and modern, easy to find, parking was no issue. Lovely comfy bed and was nice and warm apartment.

Exceptional apartment, great location

Very high quality furniture, fittings and fixings. The property looked exactly as in the photographs and everything had been thought of - including step ladders for the velux window blinds (hidden in the bedroom cupboard). The master suite upstairs was exceptional with easily accessible plugs on either side of the bed. Downstairs, the property had plenty of cutlery and crockery as well as cooking equipment which was perfect for us. Tea, coffee and sugar were readily available and there were some milk sachets in the fridge. Location was very close to the station and centre of town at one end of the road - a stone’s throw from restaurants, bars and Sainsbury’s and at the other end of the road was the beach. Great communication with staff, who sent emails checking that we’d checked-in okay and that we had everything we needed. They were also on hand to help when we couldn’t work the tricky key safe!

The on-street parking outside the property (although free!) was very busy and we often had to park in the next street which wasn’t a massive issue to us but might be to others. Others had warned of the stairs but obviously it was a penthouse apartment so we were expecting several flights.

Good experience from booking to check out, such a shame about lack of luggage storage

We stayed in the Quarter Master apartment, first floor at the front. It was very well appointed with excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. On a bitterly cold weekend at the start of January it was really warm and cosy, so much so, we turned down the radiator in the bedroom. The location couldn’t be more central, no more than 3 minutes to Sainsbury’s , 4 to the train station and between 2 and 10 minutes from places to eat and drink. The Pillar Box, Guns Bar, Koselig Bakery and Coco & Rum are must tries. It was excellent value for money.

The only criticism we have is, there was nowhere to store our luggage, even for a nominal fee,before check in or after checkout unless we paid rather expensive early check in/late check out costs. This posed a problem for us as we traveled by train.

Beautiful, spotless apartments

The apartments are absolutely spotless. Matress super comfy and the rooms are so beautifully designed. When I did discover an issue with the boiler, the manager was available right away and sorted it within minutes. Really good communication with the host and team. They go above and beyond to see you happy.

Parking was a little tricky at 3pm. Managed to park a street away. However once the day trippers had left the parking spaces freed up and we moved the car straight opposite the property.

Excellent apartment, clean, well equipped and close to all amenities.

Very well equipped, and clean apartment. Clear instructions from owner and they were responsive to request for invoice. There was nothing I could think off that I needed that wasn’t provided. In centre of town, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and train station. Street parking, and always found a space within a minutes walk to the apartment. I stayed in first floor apartment.

Main door lock requires attention, difficult to open and lock. Not a dislike, but as they are not VAT registered, unable to reclaim VAT, and needs to be factored into the price.

Do not book unless your ready to pay £250 deposit after you’ve payed your staying fee

Good area clean and tidy.

Did not like the fact that after you had payed the non refundable fee. You get an email telling you to complete the booking off there company by send in a £250 deposit !!!!! This I thought was very sneaky. Did not like the noise of the fan next door that was on all night.

Highly recommend! Great location . Modern clean with all you need. Great value.

Great location on a quiet street. We could see the sea as soon as we walked outside. Also near to lovely high st with bars, cafes and restaurants. Immaculately clean and new bathroom and kitchen. White crisp bedding and towels, comfy bed. Large tv. Modern decor. Secure and safe.

Cleanliness location, it had everything we needed, appliance wise.

The mattress was too soft, and because we were on the bottom floor we could and were disturbed by people above moving about because the ceiling there was no soundproofing and the boards were really noisy.

Had a great stay. Very comfortable and well equipped

The location was perfect for all areas of Saltburn. The apartment was spacious and clean. The main bedroom with the open bath was a welcome treat. Although, we didn't meet the host, the communication was excellent. Even though it was self catering, tea coffee sugar and milk was available on arrival.

As the apartment exceeded expectations its hard to say what could be better.

Disappointing for the cost

Great location

Wasn't clean enough for the cost. Dirty hand prints all over internal doors and mould in shower. Sofa bed wasnt made up for us despite booking for 5 people If it was half the cost would have been acceptable

Great stay in a good location for visiting Saltburn

We were lucky enough to be able to park near the property and it was free on street parking which is a pleasant bonus, this may not happen for all visitors as the it can get quite busy with vehicles wanting to park for convenience to gain access to the beach. The room was so much bigger than expected as the pictures really didn't do the overall size of it justice. Great sitting area with a good sized tv for when having a coffee in a morning, fresh looking room/bathroom, clean bedding and plenty of storage for clothes and travel bags. Really close to the main town area and train station.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about the property, its got everything that you would want and more for a stay away.

The bed was a little small. But we are used to a king size bed and I’m not a great sleeper! ( I’m a woman of a certain age!😕) Definitely slept better the second night. Sofa was also quite small, couldn’t ’lounge’ as much as I would have liked to. Saying that, this did not detract from my stay.

Perfect getaway place in a beautiful town - hope to stay again.

Great location for a peaceful getaway. Loved the location - saltburn is a beautiful town. Near a supermarket, near restaurants, near the beach and as I’m sure it’s important to some near a pub. Also all the facilities you need - washer that dries, cooking facilities with all the utensils, wonderful shower.
