Stylish Coastal 3-Bed Retreat in Saltburn

Outstanding location - close to shops, places to eat and the beach - everything walkable. Thoughtfully designed property, spacious, tidy, and almost everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It’s a small thing but I really appreciated the complementary biscuits (probably because biscuits are my love language).

It was clean but not spotlessly clean. If you are like me it’s the little things that I notice that others might overlook: crumbs in the kitchen utensil draw, plates which are cleaned and put away but still have water drops making them wet, the inconspicuous food stains on cupboard doors. The fridge didn’t smell all that good. But all of this was easily fixed by putting utensils and plates through a quick wash in the dishwasher and drying off those residual water drops, wiping clean the empty utensil draw and fridge. Another minor thing really - the bathroom wasn’t designed to my taste but it was clean and functional.

Incredible venue at an absolute gem of a location. This property is simply amazing with so many small touches that makes your stay a home from home. Facilities are excellent with generous tea coffee provisions over and above anything Ive experienced. The only negative was the length of our short stay due to a family wedding at nearby Rushpool Hall. We are already making plans to return to both venue and location to enjoy all that Saltburn has to offer. A shout out also to Rapps for an excellent breakfast.

Our brief stay, we needed more time.

Brilliant location, lovely house with beautiful decor and everything we needed. Comfy beds, basics like tea and coffee provided, and nice artwork. Lovely details make it welcoming like books, games and artwork. Parking was easy v close to the house. Garden area a bonus even though we were out a lot.

Open bit of the top of the wall in in the bathroom was a bit strange and noisy, and no key for the window in bathroom.

Very central, so near to everything you would want.

On street parking can mean you need to park a bit away during the busy times.
