Incredible venue at an absolute gem of a location. This property is simply amazing with so many small touches that makes your stay a home from home. Facilities are excellent with generous tea coffee provisions over and above anything Ive experienced. The only negative was the length of our short stay due to a family wedding at nearby Rushpool Hall. We are already making plans to return to both venue and location to enjoy all that Saltburn has to offer. A shout out also to Rapps for an excellent breakfast.

Brilliant location, lovely house with beautiful decor and everything we needed. Comfy beds, basics like tea and coffee provided, and nice artwork. Lovely details make it welcoming like books, games and artwork. Parking was easy v close to the house. Garden area a bonus even though we were out a lot.
Open bit of the top of the wall in in the bathroom was a bit strange and noisy, and no key for the window in bathroom.

On street parking can mean you need to park a bit away during the busy times.
