Spacious 3 Bed Apartment in central Saltburn

The communal area i.e. stairs and hallway are a bit off putting when you arrive as in need of TLC! A table or small chest of drawers would be useful in the first bedroom as nowhere to put toiletries etc - but other bedrooms do have this.

The location is extremely good, with parking. We found the apartment very spacious and with good facilities, the decor was nice and on the whole the property was very clean. Victoria who runs the property was on hand to deal with anything and was extremely professional.

The communal area (hall & stairs) was a little bit tatty in certain areas, although this certainly did not reflect in the apartment, it would not put us off staying again.

Not a major issue for us but some may find 2 flights on stairs a struggle. Worth if for the views from the windows though

2 bathrooms are a bit of a struggle to call it that. Would like there to be 3 king sized beds rather than Ethan one which is much smaller than the others.

perfect location for the town and beach. apartment very clean, everything worked very well and the kitchen had everything we needed. nice to have some tea bags, coffee and sugar and biscuits for when we arrived.

there was free parking outside but very limited. we dropped off then parked on nearby streets. we were able to move the cars once spaces became free later.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds very comfortable. Facilities were very good - well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room and 2 very good sized bathrooms. The 3 double/king bedrooms were very comfortable with good clothes hanging/drawers. Excellent free parking near the apartment if the spaces in front of the apartment were taken up. Great central area near the train station, shops, bars and places to eat.A short walk to the road to the beach -a steep climb back up but if needed you can catch the Cliffe top venicular lift. The communication with the letting company was efficient and very helpful. Would definately stay here again.

Maybe a couple of hand towels for the bathrooms.

After climbing the couple of flights of stairs, the proprietor warned us about, we entered a beautifully appointed spacious and well equipped living area. The kitchen is a fully fitted kitchen, with a huge double fan oven and 5 gas hob. The front room was really light and airy and beautifully decorated, with not one cobweb in sight. It was spic and span and exceptionally comfortable. The dining table was great and we enjoyed family meals together and a cooked breakfast with our relatives the following day. There are three big bedrooms and the beds are really comfy. The bathrooms were excellently organised with two toilets and a bath on one side of the split bathroom and a powerful shower on the other side. It was ingenious. The whole apartment was light and airy with high ceilings and excellent, well thought out decor. Five minutes walk from the station and 6 from Sainsbury's it is easy to get to and to stock up. The shops we visited are lovely and we went home with a cream and jam doughnut each from the local bakers. The seaside of course is spectacular with an amazing bay and there are many ways to access the beach. The whole town was beautifully looked after and is definitely a gem.

Nothing. We already knew about the stairs. The journey by car was the worst part as it took many, many hours to get from where we live, but that's just because of traffic and road works. We stopped often and were well prepared with picnic and flask, so avoided the huge cost of service station food. It is more expensive in the local restaurants than you might expect. Or London prices however if you self catered.

Very large apartment, beautifully decorated with plenty of seating for 6 and a well equipped kitchen. Perfect central location. Our host, Victoria, was very attentive and easy to contact when needed. Will definitely book again.

Communal staircase area that leads to the apartment needs a freshen up, but don’t let this put you off as the apartment is beautiful. This is only a suggestion but 2x bedside table by each bed and a bin in both bathrooms would be fab.

How smooth the whole process was, easy to contact host with any questions, plenty of information already available via email. Really easy and ran into no issues.

It was super hot & the flat had one fan which was not useable.

It was indeed a spacious flat - perhaps one of the most roomy holiday-lets we have ever had. There were three large bedrooms, each with very luxurious double-bed, and plenty of light. A family of six, or three couples, could comfortably stay here. The reception-rooms were very well-appointed, and my daughter was delighted to find that the TV had Netflix and Prime.

The only minor glitch was that we had been given a previous code for the lock-box for the key (the updated code had not been included in the e-mail), but we rang the owner, who immediately gave us the new code, and all was well.

Beautifully decorated, everything you need in the kitchen, very spacious.

A full length mirror would be a good addition.

The location was perfect. The flat its self was nice.

The communal corridor was a mess. Plaster coming off the walls and full of leaves. I was embarrassed to walk my family through. If this was my property I would have clean this area. Regardless of who it belongs to. The flat needs more cooking pans. Too many messages from owners.

A spacious, contemporary and comfortable apartment in an excellent location. We had a fabulous few days here and will definitely come back to Saltburn and this property.

Nothing- had everything we needed.

The apartment is very central and in a great location close to shops and the train station. We found it easy to park right outside the flat and the instructions to enter the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The outside key code entry and inside lock made us feel very secure. The apartment itself is very spacious with 3 large double bedrooms and all the rooms are decorated to a high standard. Towels were provided and each room had a different colour which made it a lot easier to know who's was who's. The host kept in contact and made sure nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

We don't feel this can be helped as it is a communal area but the hallways were a little dark and leaves and debris were on the carpets of the lower floors.

The apartment was next to a funeral parlour which wasn’t great especially as we saw a coffin being brought in. The town didn’t have many shops apart from coffee shops.
