Location, early check in and late check out. Good sized rooms, light and spacious.
Cooker needed a clean. Would be good to have bins in bathrooms.

Great parking, apartment easily accessible and very spacious inside. Everything provided that we needed. Good central location in Saltburn.

The size of the apartment, it was a fabulous size for 4 adults. The views from the living room were pleasant, especially relaxing on the cosy chair in the window and the location was perfect. The comfort of the beds were exceptional and the fixtures were tasteful throughout.
The entrance, we were dreading going any further when we first entered. The walls were damp and paper was bubbling/peeling and the stair carpet looked like it had never seen a hoover since being laid.
We first thought some biscuits and small cans of drinks were complimentary only to find half a bread loaf left in the bread bin so realised this was food left over from the previous guests.
